the power was out when we got home from our bike ride. strangly enough, no one else in the neighborhood had this problem. Only a few rooms in our house have the power on, only 2 as far as we know. unfortunately, the dining room where the AC and Computer rest was not one of them. so we connected a a power outlet extender to get to the room. immediately after the first try the lights on the chandler came on, but they were super dim before turning off, around the time the internet gave up and we tried a new extender. I also read my brothers book that he read before I was even born. It is called "[I]I went to college, It was ok[/I]" It was a diary in comics by a guy named jim, I feel more modest after reading it. I think I might start my own diary or blog.

I'd love to write them for bunches of people to read but at the same time I don't really know where I'd post any of it nor why people should really care what I have to think. I don't really care for Steam's review system so that's kind of out of the window
I also don't really have any video equipment so beyond screencapture I couldn't really do anything significant with video reviews to make it stand out and be noticeable to other people

I quite often feel like that as well. I have all of these amazing (at least I think that they're amazing) ideas and wonder what they would look like if they were made into an actual video. I'm just not skilled enough to make the video as well as I want it to be and I don't have the right equipment to make them either.

I mean I have a nice mic for voice overs but thats literally all I got. I'd have to supplement with just game footage and I feel like that'd get lost very easily in the sea of other stuff

One thing that I find really annoying as well is that whenever I hear music that sounds like it could be in the trailer for a movie/tv show, I always picture myself making a trailer for my own movie/show with that music. I always think something like "Oh man, this could be the part where (insert name here) does (insert activity here)" or "We should have a close up shot of this guys face for 5 seconds here while the music fades." and so on.
I'm not really the "creative type" by myself. I mean, if someone gave me an idea to work with I could make something pretty good, but I just get so annoyed when I have all of these ideas but I never get a chance to try them out or make them happen.

Why are the trailers/intros for Blizzard games sooo much better than anything Warhammer RTS-related? Dawn of War only had, like, 3 good intros/trailers for their games (DoW 1, Age of Reckoning, Mark of Chaos), but [I]everything[/I] Blizzard makes just looks like it has a triple-A budget.

But just look at the decline in quality after DoW 1 and the Warhammer Fantasy RTS games (The intros and trailers, that is, not the games themselves. Also, I just remembered that Age of Reckoning isn't an RTS, but is an MMO. So I'll exclude it from this.) DoW 1 had a great intro, Dark Crusade not so much, and Soulstorm's intro was mediocre as hell. DoW 2 was a pretty bland game, and its trailer was pretty dull (you can even see animation errors and clipping errors with the models in the trailer.) I'm too lazy to post the videos in here, so you'll have to find them yourself.
