Certain GPUs are like that. My 7950's PCB is essentially a reference 7970, but the shader is count is cut down and the disabled shaders are laser cut. So I could still flash it to a 7970 BIOS but it wouldn't make any difference.
Now I've dropped the vcore back to 1.181 and it's still solid. So I'll leave it at that. Now I don't need to worry about having any third party OC software hanging around.
amd have a habit of doing that, especially with their odd numbered core CPUs
they just take janky quad core CPUs and disable the last one in the microcode to make tri-core ones
I still opt for Intel processors at this point. I used to be all about AMD's stuff before Intel rolled out their Core 2 CPUs. Since then I've gone E6850 -> Q9550 -> i5-2500K -> i7-3770K. Some of AMD's higher end offerings are nice, but Intel's architecture still offers higher performance per core right now.

i went from an Athlon II to a 4670k, lol. crazy upgrade
My last AMD processor was one of those early AMD 64 something or others...I can't remember what it was. Before that it was an Athlon XP 2500+ overclocked to 3200+ speeds. I also had an Athlon 1800+ or something like that. One of my first was actually a junk find, a K6 with a Socket 7 adapter.

that's easy i can do this one
i think it has something to do with how long the tumor has been growing, and the longer it goes on without being removed the higher chance it is going to/has already metastasized along the rest of the limb, so to prevent the rest of your body getting tumors they chop off as far as the tumor could have spread
that's why people who get tumors in their mouth from tobacco have to get like half of their tongue removed or something
that's why it's so important to catch tumors early
