What is this Van Helsing game you speak of.
The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing. It's a really fun game, but it's really goddamn fickle when it comes to what hardware you run it on. I used to have a ton of microstuttering, and it turns out my 7950's 'boost' feature was to blame. It would rapidly switch between the base and default overclock settings for some reason. Once I actually changed the clocks with VBE7, that issue went away.
