I think i just scared the shit out of a dude in Dark Souls 2. Me and another guy got summoned to defend Belfry Luna and our target was this guy dressed as Alonne, so i smack him a couple times with my Crypt Blacksword while he's dodging spells from my buddy. He tries to run downstairs and heal so i say fuck it and fall down the hole and he kinda spazzes and rolls backwards into my buddy and gets punched in the face. It was pretty great.

You ever go somewhere public like a store where they play some pop music radio station over the intercom and you hear part of a song you genuinely like but only part of it and the lyrics for that part, if any, are extremely common in other songs, so you can't just google those lyrics to find the song but you want to find the song because you like the part that you heard and want to hear the entire thing?
That happened to me recently. I hate it when that happens. That one song fragment, like probably only like nine notes, is gonna be stuck in my head now.

This doesn't help matters either, just saying. If people had less incentive to misuse the ratings system it might have some provenance, but we haven't progressed quite that far here.

This is a stupid post for stupid people. Ratings are there for a reason, if we just ignored them what would be the point. Besides, I don't much care about ratings but even I get a bit riled when I see a negative rating on a post that isn't really dumb or disagreeable with no explanation. It's dumb and pointless, especially if it's simply out of ire for that person. Should people blow up about it? Hell no. But it shouldn't be abused either.
