I don't trust people who say they don't like racing games.
There's something so inherently visceral and exhilarating about going [i]really, really fast[/i] and I don't understand how someone couldn't find the fun in that.
Just read an assigned reading about an alternate history where the Enola Gay had crashed before it got the chance to bomb Hiroshima and a different plane with a different crew had to do the job. It ended up with the bombardier purposely missing because he didn't want to be responsible for the death of all the people, then coincidentally the other plane missing Kokura (instead of Nagasaki because of weather) because of a genuine hardware malfunction. After all of that, the government spun the misses to be warnings to the Japanese to surrender or get their shit wrecked, which the Japanese ended up doing.
Interesting read, but I'm not sure I buy the plausibility of it. First off I don't see the Air Force trusting this mission to anyone other than someone they are 100% is psychologically ready to do what needs to be done. But even so, I don't see the Japanese surrendering without the cities themselves actually being hit. Just knowing how they were during the war, I don't even think the people would want the emperor to surrender. Since it was such an extraordinary weapon, I think they would have just seen it as a p big bomb, I don't think they would have been capable of even understanding how powerful it is without a city being hit directly.
Just thinking out loud here, we'll have to discuss this in class tomorrow. Thoughts? I'm not asking you to do my homework, I just found this genuinely interesting and thought some of you might too.

It's kind of cool that the squawking asshole wild parrots that nest on power lines here and occasionally blow out power for city blocks are actually endangered species that managed to thrive in a completely different climate since the 60s.

Tbh I never got into red dead redemption john martson was a decent character but the game was boring and thr exact same thing for like hours and hours and hours. Most of the side missions and mini games were subpar too. Don't get the acclaim ngl
I need some advice, one of my Guinea Pigs had to be put down the other day since she was really old and she had trouble breathing, and I've been sad since, it's the second Guinea Pig I lost and I have a third which I got for the one that recently died, so she wasn't lonely. I am not too sure if I should do the same, not buy her another friend or sell her. I don't know how much I can take of this.
Im the complete opposite, I still think its my favorite game the for the 360/ps3.
