Thing is, you need to have a specific type of face to even come close to pulling off a goatee. Otherwise you look like shit.

My old PS2 refuses to start for whatever reason. I dissassemble it after trying different normal solutions (checking plugs and cables) that resulted in nothing. Checked the PSU with my multimeter to reveal it is broken.
I then came up with the idea of supplying the main board of the playstation with a computer PSU (PS2 needs 12V DC, computer PSU's can give 12V DC) but then after looking for my PSU i cannot find it and its probably left at home. Then realize that my spare GPU is gone as well and probably at home somewhere.
Fuck me god damnit I just wanted to play San Andreas

TBH you got further with it than I did, when mine broke and would only play F12002 in German I almost threw it out the window.
