Nothing wrong with it, except the fact that it's grammatically incorrect.
If you want to say it, go for it. But it's wrong. A group is a single entity, unless you are referring to specific people within said group. When you speak of a company as a whole, it's the same as talking about one person and so you use singular.
If you were to say "Group B at Bethesda are working on a game" that would be correct. (but even then is would still also fit.)

The Oculus Rift is awesome. Using the current Dev Kit 2, it's really good for giving you presence. However, it's still a bit off, but that helps solidify my opinion that I should wait for the Consumer version before getting one.
I still haven't had the chance to use a rift, but I already know I'm buying the consumer version as soon as possible
