I finally got my e-money situation sorted out, and got shovel knight for the 3ds.
It's surprising how hard it was at first, solely because B was jump and A was attack, the exact opposite of pretty much every 3ds/ds/gba/gb game I've ever played. Good thing there is a way to change that in the options menu.
