i think i have a parasite
i should probably go to the doctor
First make sure you don't have Hypochondriasis.
well i've been passing small white spheres with my stool for the better part of 2 months and i've been having miscellaneous gastrointestinal issues that my doctor chalked up to poor diet
the gastrointestinal issues could just be poor diet but are also symptoms of a parasite called giardia and the spheres really have no other explanation besides giardia from what i've found in my searches
so yeah, i think i'm gonna go to the doctor
:wtc:
i was trying to prove that i didn't just decide i have a parasite randomly because i felt like going to the doctor

Paging Dr. Zonesylvania, paging Dr. Zoneeeeey.
I would panic if I even thought I had any harmful parasite in me.

Ya I was a bit presumptuous, sorry.
pls no
Just because you have a some sort of problem with basically everybody it seems doesn't mean he can't offer decent advice or confirm whether or not he should see a proper doctor.
The parasite might leave if you yell at your stomach long enough.
giardia is usually asymptomatic or very mild, with only some cases being severe
if that is, in fact, what's wrong with me, it's not like i'm going to die
and if that's not what's wrong with me, well, i haven't died yet, i don't see why i would start
It also depends on which version of Centipede you're attempting to run. The correct one is Centipede (revision 3) aka "centiped". Make sure you got all the proper files by checking this list. No, there are not any ROM downloads there. It's a great way to check if a ROM is a clone of something else like how Pac-Man (Midway) requires the "puckman" ROM's files as well. You always want to be careful of that.
[editline]e[/editline]
Better yet, you may just want to listen to what MAME has to say when you try to load it. It will tell you if you're missing files.
Amazingly I just looked up one of Centipede's files on that page and found a totally working ROM. Hooray!
Speaking of MAME, is there a program I can use to extract sounds/music/sprites from ROMs?
Speaking of MAME, is there a program I can use to extract sounds/music/sprites from ROMs?
It depends on the kind of ROM, so you'd have to search specifically for the platform you're looking for. Stuff from the early 3D era onwards tends to be quite a bit more challenging to rip from then 16 or 8-bit 2D games.
Good thing I'm only hoping to open 16 and 8-bit games

But this is my problem, some are .bin, some have .rom, and some don't even have a fucking filetype
like what the fuck

Each game ran on their own hardware, and it was pretty much all binary. No real operating system to handle things with. A lot of games came on separate boards too, so very similar games can swap out one board for another when an arcade manager needed to get the hottest newest game, Donkey Kong 3. MAME has the ability to emulate all these different types, hence the name.
This song and video are nice. The video is great for getting into the Halloween mood.

Oh man I fucking love Franz Ferdinand. I still need to get myself a copy of that album.
Just watched today’s episode of Steven Universe. Gotta say, i’m really disappointed by it. Only 15 minutes instead of the full half hour, animation was lower quality than usual, Steven’s voice actor seems like it’s changed, Amethyst was just kinda…off. Overall it left me..dissatisfied and with a bad taste in my mouth and it was a pretty lame episode anyway, especially after Ocean Gem.
I hope this isn’t a taste of things to come as far as the quality goes, i’ll be pretty upset of this continues.
There's nothing more embarrassing than listening to a progressive rock album that you really enjoy and deciding to actually pay attention to the lyrics.
crunchy peanut butter is much better than smooth peanut butter
If there's one thing I could eat and never get sick of it, it'd be peanut butter.
I like how there's literally no instructions whatsoever in the Hyper Light Drifter preview build. Shit's fun.

I'd definitely get at least a stool examination done, it sounds like giardia to me.
jimmy eat world started their 10th anniversary tour for their album 'Futures' and they played my favourite JEW song for the first time live. If they don't play it when I see them in November I'll die

Know what ranks up there? HONEY ROASTED crunchy peanut butter.
......Almond butter isn't too shabby either.
i doubt i'll ever get a proper job.
I like smooth peanut butter :c goes amazing with milk
though sometimes when I want a heftier PB sandwich I go for the chunky
chunky > smooth, but smooth does have its uses. Peanut butter marshmallow fluff comes to mind.
Smooth Peanut Butter and Raspberry Jam (or any jam)
Doesn't taste as great if chunky imo

dip a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in funnel cake batter and deep fry it. Warning: not suitable if you're watching calorie counts.
