You don't have to listen to me on this also but, I remember I had a lot of depression problems when I used to frequent tumblr all the time. I always ended up feeling like super crap. I ended up having to cut tumblr out of my life, and it helped me a whole lot, it really did.
You dont neccesarily have to quit like I did but, it might be worth limiting your time on it
