If I recall, only the clearer word needs to be entered, the other one can be literally anything.

Nine times out of ten, orientation is just a 2-3 hour meeting with your personnel coordinator/manager in which they give you general information about how your shifts work, when you'll be taking breaks, what's expected of you while you work, giving you the equipment you need and how to use it, and watching training videos. Dress nicely, but not in a suit and tie like you (hopefully) wore to your interviews. Khakis and either a polo shirt or a button-up sports tee are a great combo.
