realpost for a mo; the Sumerians primarily drank a kind of beer anyway for the most part. Wine was the preserve of the elite classes.

Idk why but I thought I should Share these. The first time I went to Mexico, I went with my mom to meet her family. Most people were there except for my grandma. My Grandma knew I existed, but she has never actually seen me ( just baby pictures from when i was born ). She was gonna stop by the house I was staying in within a couple of days, and my uncle told me we were all gonna do a surprise party for her (like those you would see on TV). Except at the last second they changed plans and wanted everyone to go greet her outside when her taxi arrives, except me, they wanted me to be the "surprise". They wanted me to wait in her room, and then have everyone introduce her to me. Except that anyone who spoke English didn't tell me and were already outside. So I had two people that I couldn't understand shove me into a room, and block the door. Once my grandma got into the room she just sees this six year old laying on the ground crying. That was an awkward day.
(This takes place during the same trip) I watched this movie that where this guy said some swear or insulting phrase in spanish, when I asked my mom what it meant she didn't want to say it and just said that it meant "a bad guy". Fast forward to the trip, I'm at a party and kids there are playing with silly string or something. There was this one guy who was purposely spraying it in peoples eyes and it fucking hurts. I ran to my mom remembering that she told me that that word I heard meant "bad guy". Since I was in Mexico and wanted anybody else to know what was going on. When I got to my mom and the lady she was talking to at the moment, I started to point at the guy and say that phrase. My Mom was embarrassed and we went back to the house we were staying at.
