Fucking Steam broke all of the Medieval 2 mods that require the Kingdoms expansion

For some pointless reason they "streamlined" it by combining Medieval 2 into Kingdoms in the Steam Launcher, so you download all of it simultaneously, and then choose which you want to play as it boots up

Except there was never any need for that because there was already a built in launcher that did exactly that in the process, so the Kingdoms.exe file now won't be present in your folder because the game runs from one exe

Which breaks all the fucking mods because they'll tell you that you don't have it installed, because it isn't present

I'm thinking that my college course is now becoming a lost cause, on the second year of a BTEC Level 3 IT course and I'm genuinely bored stiff with only one lesson (Hardware and networking if curious) that I put an effort into. Got quite a bit of assignment work to do at home but I'm genuinely struggling to find the effort because of just how boring I'm finding the lessons in general.

I'm finding that I'm waiting to go home from college just so I can drown out the issues I'm facing with my course. I really wish I done an apprenticeship this year.

I am thinking about my ambitions and way they impacted my life soo far, how world leaves you with void in hearth, emotionlesly regarding your role in events. How i should reconsider what i am using to fill my life with, since my believes in high cause only met by my stubborn refusal to accept rest of people as decent personalities. I can't say i am missing friends, or company or love interests, but i do miss a similar mindset to my own, a challeging person, a smalll time Idol if you wish.
