I had about half a bag of shredded cheddar and a thing of frozen broccoli, but it wasn't enough for straight up broccoli cheddar soup, so I made a base of potato soup instead and added the broccoli and cheese to it. Would have been better if I had some carrots and onions, and more cheese would be nice, but it's still fuckin' delicious.

Just a quick note: this isn't a lifestyle thing, this is just a dietary thing. I'm totally cool with people eating meat, and we're trying this diet out up until we go on vacation in March, at which point I'll more than likely get a big ass burger or something. We're just trying to lose weight, me especially. I have a slight gut that I'm trying to trim down...

I'm gonna be doing some power walking every day (weather permitting) for ~10-15 minutes. I've been developing a belly recently and I should really start to wear it down now...
Especially after Halloween, and I'll be going to Mexico for winter break. My girlfriend's grandmother says I'm too skinny (When I'm most likely not), so I worry about them having to ship me back in cargo on a wheelbarrow :v:
