Wrecks my kidneys but after my night and the day I'm having it's the only thing keeping me from passing out and sleeping in the middle of the store floor.

Why do people even drink energy drinks? They taste like garbage and make you feel like it too. I get 4-6 hours of sleep every night and all I drink is iced tea and I do great, cept for the whole insomnia thing.

i drank a coffee monster once at quakecon and it was alright but i don't really like energy drinks at all

I noticed that sometimes after I drink coffee I sometimes get very depressed after and I don't know why

Also, I've never understood when people say that after drinking an energy drink (or whatever else) they feel bad. What exactly do you mean? Like I know there's that whole concept of drinking an energy drink or coffee or whatever else and then "crashing" but I've never experienced that. Energy drinks/coffee have literally no effect on me in that way, I just drink them every now and then because they taste good.

I do enjoy the taste of coffee though, caffeine doesn't really affect me unless I'm tired to the point I can barely keep my eyes open.

I usually have at least a cup of coffee a day I'll have more though if I'm especially groggy or if i just really crave the flavor
