Second day of class being cancelled, and we don't have more than 18 inches on the ground. This is pretty unheard of in Buffalo. We get so much snow that it's never cancelled, but southern towns have upwards of 5 feet from what I've heard from friends, and my hometown has a travel ban.

Depends, a mod has to approve it so it can take a while sometimes.
