Slaves were fed mainly chicken but the stereotypes mainly come from "The Birth of a Nation" where in a scene set in a legislative hall there were a few Black men eating fried chicken/regular chicken I can't remember.

My birthday is coming up but I'm not sure what to spend the money I get on, I've narrowed it down to three choices:
- Nexus 5 (but then literally no money left over)
- Launchpad S (some money left over)
- Wacom Intuos Manga (drawing tablet; also i'd have more money left over)
I could pick both the last two and have no money left over but I'm still not really sure, my phone now almost feels like it's gonna die, but I'd really like to get into an artform. idk help

Those two things most likely won't help you with learning the fundamentals. You can use them right away, but it would probably be more efficient and rewarding to start at the very beginning

i know how to draw and i know how to make music, i just need the tools, and these are the tools for either one.
like i sketch a lot and make some demos on renoise, but imo the result is way different to that of one produced by a tablet and an instrument would be nice to play the songs to people

Yea for sure. That's one of the reasons I've not got one yet, not really looked into it, I probably will get a more high end one as I want quality all round so I don't wanna just walk into a shop and buy one. Will probably set out a setup I want before I actually buy.

I hear this a lot but they're pretty widely used here in Edinburgh and not by trash like I don't get that vibe at all except hearing people say that its apparently a thing? Maybe cos they're really popular here so ppl don' make a deal

idk bout there but here in america e-cigs are pretty pupolar just with all the sorts of crowds i like to avoid. theres very much overlapping with the juggalo and e-cig crowd ive notice.
I'm super super against smoking to being with, but e-cigs seem like a decent way to stop smoking

I also am in a similar situation except I'm like 90% sure she likes me too, but we're almost always around other people when talking and don't want to put her on the spot by asking her out in front of tons of other people.

you can order your juice with pretty much any amount of nicotine added into that you want. people use them to smokeinside. hell thats why i got one in the first place was so i could get my nicotine fix at work but then i missed real cigarettes and the burn in my chest they gave me so i switched back and never looked back except to laugh at the people who use e-cigs and then i quit smokuing cigarettes cold turkey like a champ
