Do you take antidepressants? They might help, or the ones you have now might be causing them. Different ones might affect you differently.
At any rate you should definitely talk to someone.

apparently my GTX 970's issue is a little more widespread than i had first thought. people are either experiencing no video output upon booting, or the video cuts out after a few seconds and the card ceases to function after that. seems to affect the gtx 980 as well.

What are they doing that's taking all your time up? I mean yeah I do the 3/4hrs daily but obviously I can do that whenever. The only thing I was made to go to was a 1 and a half hour "information session" which was utter bollocks and now I have to go in at 9:30 every other week to dick around on a computer for an hour. Not for now though since I got a placement with the borough council who are in the same building. Pretty sure you can complain about not being able to visit the doctor because of them.

That just totally made my day. So the past few days have been pretty harsh for me and we put in a comment box at work so to add to that, all of the comments for the last few days have basically been "we hate you please die" so we went to check the comment box today and someone had put "love the beard, makes me feel welcome <3" and that's just the kinda nice thing I needed.
Somebody loves my beard guys :)
Managed to get a massive weight off my shoulders all by myself (with the aid of Frozen and Audiosuf, but shh) and got some bonus warm and fuzzy, but naughty thoughts too so that's nice. I'll have to finish the rest of the film tomorrow though. I think I can put this film on a level with the Toy Story films, which unfortunately makes them too powerful to watch. But the no-tears record is still intact so far. I can't remember the last time I felt this genuinely good before. But I'll put the Ice Queen mantle back on soon enough, but not in tradgedy.

InTraining (a thing in partnership to the job centre) had me on a course for 4 weeks which would exhaust me so I wouldn't be able to see a doctor in the morning and the Mondays I had off I was otherwise indisposed, and this coming Monday there is a chance there's a warehouse position and so they handed me a fucking Bible of an application and told me to be there first thing in the morning. And what I want to talk to the doctor about is a follow-up on another NHS service not contacting me in 4 months.

My sister really went off the deepend tonight
Started drinking without telling anybody then went to her ex boyfriends house 45 minutes away to get some of her stuff and had a panic attack and was scared she was gonna hurt herself
