Whenever I'm alone at home at night I get really nervous.
I just put on my headphones (my speakers died last month, my headphones have been dying one after one very quickly, these are my last par left) and listen to music, hoping that the feeling goes away, but it doesn't. I feel tempted to turn on the TV just to have noise, but I can only put Netflix and it's kind of dumb to have Netflix running when I'm not watching it.
It doesn't help, the past month I had to stay the entire night alone (From the evening to 6:00 A.M). The power went out somewhere after 3:00 A.M, at first I thought it was a power outage or something, so I went outside and checked out. Later I figured out that someone turned off the power switch. I honestly feel like someone did this in purpose to make me go out, knowing that I'm alone.
I know the whole deal of "Turn all the lights on then", but my parents don't let me turn on the lights but the room where I'm at, and maybe the kitchen downstairs or the living room and sometimes one of the bathrooms because the electricity bill gets expensive. So I keep the door of my room closed or close the door of any room without lights on. But there is a lot of wind and doors make noise due to it.
What would you guys do?

On nights where i'm feeling nervous i just hole up and blast music or games as loud as i can and keep our uh, family heirloom Charlie (hint: he's a ball bat, we're an interesting family) nearby just in case.

Yeah. It's harder for me to get the combo started when I play against real players, but when I can get it started I can consistently get around a 30 hit combo. It feels sooooo nice
