That problem I alluded to last night creeps back on occassion but people don't change overnight and I'm able to think myself out of it without just distracting myself like I usually do with things. So that's nice, some steps forward. Also finished Frozen. Moving on to Tangled then Brave then I'm pretty much all caught up on animated films.

Chocolate H20 from 2am: dessertbar. 72% dark chocolate, salted caramel, evian, and yuzu sorbet
I tried making a Cafe Mocha today in a slightly different way. It uh... it kinda came out horrible ahahaha. I might have used too much cocoa powder or something
hopefully next time i make a mocha it will be better. I've made other ones that were pleasant
oh god, that looks really delicious.
I wonder if dessert bars would take off around here; though ice cream parlors are doing well enough.

This one was really advant-garde, the ice cream was made with a siphon, the chocolate was placed in liquid nitrogen. Really sciency stuff, very molecular.
Things normally fine dining would use.
Though it was quite affordable, $19 for that plate.
So they were heavily into molecular gastronomy.
Well I can be sure it probably won't be replicated here for another 20 years; some concepts are too complicated for most folks here :v:
