Like I said, people in the big cities are more progressive. It doesn't feel like a Bible belt place there.
Google Fiber is in Austin. After installation (which is a one time fee of $70), you get either 5 MB/s completely free, or 1 GB/s for $130 a month. 5 MB/s is more than fast enough for a single person's usage, so having free internet ain't bad.

Well, $130 ain't bad for 1 GB/s. There's also Time Warner Cable which sucks shit and AT&T which is decent enough. There's Dish and others too but eh.
Honestly Austin has more choices of ISPs than most of the U.S.

Basically I asked her if I can at least go with her to her prom (considering shes in the year below me, so therefore I cant go in with her, which is fair enough) and I said something along the lines of "I want to go to it as your boyfriend, I dont know but it would kind of upset me a little if you went with another guy", after that we just had a little argument about me not trusting her or anything, and we just left it on a bad note. its the first time we have had a confrontation about this. Im really not bothered if she has guy friends, i honestly dont care. But I always thought it was kind of the boyfriends duty to take his girl to the prom; Thats how it was for my year however.
usually she would text me good night and love you and everything, but she seemed to just blank me tonight. I dont know, maybe im just overreacting? we were both pretty tired when we had the argument to be fair.
I dunno, I wouldn't be comfortable with my girlfriend going to a dance with a dude.
