the constant "walk into area that appears quiet but then suddenly ENEMIES" in Bioshock Infinite is really getting on my nerves. always going through just to be confronted with another wave of these fuckers is incredibly tiresome
there's always that one facebook friend that constantly has awful opinions and shares incredibly stupid and bias "news" articles but you don't unfriend them because they're a grade a qt 3.14

The entire gunplay was kinda tiresome, I didn't have any fun with that game

The gunplay itself was fantastic as it was with every other Bioshock but toning it down to two guns at a time, no visual upgrades and literally all of the Rebel guns being useless definitely took away from it.

yeah agreed. after the first two games' upgrades that made the guns look sweet af I was sincerely disappointing to see no difference after buying upgrades.

My mom puts movies on as background noises. She's watched Burlesque probably hundreds of times by now.
so new years eve is here and I have to face the option of multiple parties again
i've opted to go to the party where most of my social circle will be, but one of the ones i'm missing out on as a result is a rooftop party with the potential to meet a lot of awesome new people
bit of a let down but i'm sure there'll be more rooftop parties in the future

I used to do this myself, when I was a lot younger. It's not a bad way to get to sleep on tricky nights tbh but i've since replaced it with chamomile tea and reading a book on those kinda nights
the advantage of having something you've already watched before esp. if it's a movie you really enjoy is you can just zone out and pass out to the noise, your mind gets distracted by the storyline but because you already know the story it's a lot easier to drift off than watching a new movie or episodes of something you haven't seen
My go to was back to the future,
my dad passes out watching tv,
i think it's a pretty normal thing especially for people with higher stress levels, doesn't mean your mom is a weirdo (although she may be, just not for this reason)
so in a little over 16 hours I'll have transitioned into 2015
