I've been having some pretty severe CPU overloading issues lately, to the point where if I had Steam, Opera, and Foobar open at the same time my usage would be upwards of 60%, and in some cases had hit 100% with very little to nothing going on
just now, I discovered that at some point windows decided it was only going to use one fucking core of my x4 820 for fucking everything
so that explains that

after fixing the issue with the cores and disabling that shit everything is back to normal thank god, I was thinking I'd need to replace my CPU there for a while with all the bullshit that was going on

Depends on the artist it seems, some email you a link where others just give you the download link
Annoyingly, albums only get properly added to your account if you pay for them

Always test with a different OS before you replace hardware
You're supposed to hit something on windows control panel somewhere before you change hardware, which basically resets drivers or something like that.
