Sweet jesus
This kid in my technology class did a presentation on hackers, and when he got to his section on Anonymous, he said:
"They were based on the website 4chan, home of many famous internet [sp]memes[/sp]."

At least he didn't refer 4chan as a singular person.

Samsung Android is able to multi-task for some apps. Cyanogenmod was planning on doing it long before Samsung did, but Google was nervous about compatibility issues or some shit and pressured them not to.
Google also pressured Samsung not to but Samsung just said "lol" and did it anyways.

What aren't you thinking v. Anything not in the thread.
For a moment I thought my mouse was dying, but it was actually just the batteries
So I'm playing Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Testaments, and out of nowhere there is a huge Calivn and Hobbes Easter Egg.
God I love Easter Eggs.

I love Easter Eggs when they're good Easter Eggs, especially subtle ones. Not like Far Cry 3's hamfisted, shoehorned Assassin's Creed side quest. That shit pissed me off.

Yeah, like the Baldrick stuff in Crusader Kings II, if you have never watched Blackadder it would just be a character name for a random event. But if you haven't watched Blackadder, what are you doing with your life?
But the Easter Egg reads as follows. Found by Sherlock Holmes in a letter, which was left in a shack at an abandoned Archeological site of Roman origin.
Calvin,
Hobbes and you consider yourselves as being so smart and funny. I had a good laugh when you froze Miss Derkin's notes about the Arch of Hadrian in the ice. However, our thesis exams are just ahead, and as you are the so-called 'brain' of of your improbable duo, I have to warn you that my Gastraphetes model (the ancient Greek crossbow and NOT the medical device to relieve constipated people, as you might have thought) is not to be touched or else I'll have to inform Mr. Wormwood about EVERYTHING you've done these past two years.
PS. I ate Hobbes's tuna sandwich.

Channel 4 broadcast one of the most Channel 4 programmes I've ever seen today "Secret Sex Parties" where surprise, people have sex. Also none of the people interviewed would want to date someone like themselves and feel like they won't be able to have a monogamous relationship again.

And don't ask me which ones to use. They all started going down the path of suck when everything, even BuildCraft of all things switched their power system to Thermal Expansion's crappy redstone flux/RF. It was bad enough for alternate power generation when every kiddie in the game would settle on pumping the Nether dry (imagine a lava-less Nether, that's how FTB maps ended up for most people), piping it to the Overworld where some crappy generators/whatever-TE-calls-them will take lava in one end and RF out the other.
I miss the days when people would copy a specific arrangement of fuel cells, heat sinks, vents, and such for their IndustrialCraft nuclear reactor (it was definitely a bit of a science), spend painstaking hours getting bee-breeding just right to get honey combs that leak oil or fuel (or anything for that matter), or even me who was some hoser who rigged a peat factory. Made peat since it's literally dirt cheap (sand and apatite too, but requires fermenting near water and no way I'm going to keep manually digging it up) and can be made even better with good propolis and burning more peat to make ash. I'd coordinate it all with a 4-bit control panel (made almost with vanilla redstone and compacted gates) and ship it out after crating into special trains (peat burns well in locomotives, hence why I tried peddling it; it's better than coal and charcoal) which would travel over well-engineered rail systems to ensure maximum automatic operations.
And then that talent's seen as "uncool" compared to kiddies who build cheapo Lua terminals cheaper to make than a vanilla redstone gate, copy a program from Pastebin, and get energy almost as soon as they get obsidian. Did I mention they are the type who'd store their crap on hard disks Pokemon style? Rails are overrated to them, let's just save the hassle of an awesome rail road choo choo and just warp them via tesseracts. Screw that, I wanted rewards that required some planning and forethought. Maybe I'm just an old fart.

This is like the second or third time I whined about this here. Wish it didn't suck like it does. For clarification:
It's been taking me a long time of figuring this out and asking questions, but this is starting to work out a bit.

Well, it's not fully complete, but it's almost close to being a viable asset.
Of course the beauty is hidden, but even more compacted by the programmable RedNet controller provided by MineFactory: Reloaded. Long story short, the levers operate a four bit number and subtract to get that analogue number. That number is then used as a selector for an analogue demultiplexer. Assorted T-Flip-Flops are inside the PRC to serve as "memory". So far, each bit of memory works and can be individually manipulated. The last part that needs doing is to serve the currently selected bit to the control panel lamp. Once it gets done, it'll be implemented into a factory/power plant I'm also working on and only then will the champagne be brought out.
This was something I was pretty dang passionate about and that's why I'm a little buttfrustrated.
