I like Breaking Bad, but it just makes me so uneasy.
It's intensely dramatic but it's a unique brand of drama, it doesn't leave me on the edge of my seat, rather it fills me with a sensation of awkwardness to the pit of my stomach.

I just finished Season 2. I'm going to take a break, I want to get House MD (which I'm also watching) to a clean season end, then maybe start a new series (an anime maybe)

I didn't mean it like that. I didn't watch TV much as a kid because we couldn't afford it often and so now that times have improved and I'm able to watch it more often, I've just found that I don't really care for most modern shows. I don't really have any interest in them. So it's not really that I'm being nostalgic or anything, I just haven't really found any major show that I like and going back now and watching all the shows I've missed out on, I can't really get into them much either. I guess I mainly just like cartoons, both old and new, and Animal Planet mainly :v:

Yeah no, trust me, I'm not "90'S BEST GENERATION" or anything like that. It was a good generation, certainly, but all generations had their merits and problems.
I'm not a big fan of shows either. I don't really feel like dedicating so much time to finishing/watching a show, and it's even worse when I'm late to the show. a little disheartening to see that there are so many episodes/seasons to catch up with
All I'm watching at the moment is Trailer Park Boys and CSI:Miami, I'm excited for Peep Show's last season coming out this year as well.

yeah IT Crowd and Father Ted only had 3-5 seasons, Faulty Towers only had 12 episodes and was great. I was surprised when I saw that Peep Show has 9 seasons(they're all great though).

Yeah, basically this. I watched Doctor Who and shows like Bones and Criminal Minds for a while but I got behind and just didn't have the time or the care enough to catch up. Hell I think the only long running show I watch with any regularity is Top Gear.
