It's the same for me but she said she got so drunk she remembers nothing and agrees that this guy took advantage of her. I asked her for his name but she didn't remember. It fucking sucks, she literally called me 6 AM to tell me when she sobered up but what she did is fucking shitty.

I'm just trying to be the bigger man i guess. She has a problem, not me. She knew i loved her and she kept saying she loved me too. She complained alot about shitty exes, but i'm just trying to be the better guy and break it off without a huge mess.

I dunno, it usually works for me. I find I can calm myself down easier if I do math in my head or count down from something. If I can't focus on a miniscule goal then my brain runs off over something else like stuff in my past and such, so I have a better time focusing it to one tiny task and then falling asleep once I get bored of it

That's what I mean though, counting down from 100 bores me more and keeps me bored, counting sheep doesn't usually help cuz i end up thinking of other things while I'm doing it since I don't know when to stop
