Speaking of Dreamcast games, what are some good multiplayer games for the system.
So far I'm considering Quake 3 and Worms World Party.
Power Stone too, that's supposed to be good.
I have a pre-appointment phone call with a therapist tomorrow and I'm fucking scared
Just keep in mind they're not judgmental and they want to help. They'll completely understand if you're nervous as hell.

Is the call an actual session, or is it just to get help them get an idea what's going on?
Does anyone still game on a CRT television? I ordered a CRT for my Playstation 2 cause it looks like crap on a wide screen, hi def television.

Dunno about the rarity of it or how it controls (since I played the GameCube version) but my friend and I absolutely love Phantasy Star Online.
Yeah where are you getting that 16% from? When I was taught in school about sex ed it was yeah about 2%.
I mean that's partially true because the perfect use failure rate is 2% but the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention puts the typical failure rate at 18% typically due to user error. At best your sex ed teacher really should have checked the facts and at worst they gave a real false sense of security.
I'm both surprised and unsurprised that this thread is still going.
Just use it. 2 and 16 is better than 100
Why are there so many sandbox survival games, and all of them shit?
I want like, a Stranded 2 but on modern tech and more innovation/content.
Get your ass back in here you muppet. This thread will never die.
Real life > FP
I find that having a lack of unrepentant gun nuts in my life is significantly more enjoyable.
I mean Stranded 3 is probably going to be just that but it's still very early in development, and it's a hobby project so progress is not fast.
[editline]13th January 2015[/editline]
I mean I'd pay for Stranded 3. The previous two were great but hobby projects, and ahead of it's time. I wish Stranded 3 would set new standards and sell well, which to be fair is possible seeing how many people got interested in Survival.

But you originally said the failure rate is 16% when done exactly right, and now you're confirming it's actually 2% while the 18% is attributed to misuse.
So no, the sex ed teacher wasn't wrong since they were going with the statistic for using it properly.
this dude added me on psn and i asked who he is and he responded "owen from birmingham" like that helps but it really doesn't

The 16% percentage was the one I learnt but I forgot what source was, Wikipedia puts the rate at 15% using a study as a source. If they were upfront about it being a perfect rate then fine but by the sounds of it they said that it's 2% with normal use which is bullshit. Perfect use denotes just that.

I can see what you mean then. I'm gonna guess though they were just going off the assumption it's done perfectly since ideally sex ed is supposed to teach you how to do it perfectly

I hope it goes well for you man, I know my psychiatrist helped me a lot
my friend's been checking the gtav store page to preorder for the money bonus or whatever and he started fearing that it'd be delayed since the release still wasn't listed. i texted him a few minutes ago
"gtav pc delayed til march"
and he replied
"i fuckn knew it"

Thats why for me at least, you shouldn't post anything on the internet while angry. I'm a bit more tame I suppose but my recent incidents in the GTA V PC threads give me a bad record. Also reminds me of the swearing in In Bruges
Is Wikipedia credible enough to trust in it? And how credible is the study?
I've seen the study quoted elsewhere and it's relatively recent being 8 years old. TBH my boss's partner is a GP and she became pregnant after they used 2 forms of contraceptive, she didn't notice till she was 6 months in either :/

Also absolutely not surprised with GTAV at all.

Does it require a subscription or do I just need the game?
Did a whole section of the forum just get dumped into GD?
