Went out to try and shut the garage door because the wind was flinging it open and shut and as I walked past it swung out and gouged the side of my foot open. Had to track blood across the carpet as I stumbled to the bathroom but I'm all better now. Except for the gaping wound in the side of my foot.

If it's deep it'll need stitching to properly heal, or it might leave an ugly scar behind at the least. Not to mention the possibility of infection. Never ignore that kind of injury. I've already had to pay for this myself when I was younger.
