Reverse image search tells me it's a VW Caddy.
And some futher digging reveals that it's a VW Caddy model sold mainly in Brazil (under a different name than Caddy).

Alright, I'll give you the Amarok, 'cause even my mom (whom have sworn to the caravelle before) liked it when she saw one (arctic truck, but it's still an Amarok) But it's got a pretty small bed with that body style, and it seems that the single cab is quite rare in the used market, and even it's a got a small bed in comparison to 'murican trucks.

finally got back home and continuing the engine swap, pulled the plugs on the "new" engine

ACDELCO so atleast previous driver used oem parts just removed the throttle body and fuel lines that the salvage yard clipped, both axles are out as well
i'm no professional mechanic but i work with some, and they all told me how hard it is going to be to pull my axles from the trans...said i'm going to need alot of leverage but mine slipped right out...and no trans fluid came out as well, yet my transmission is still full? is that normal?

Check the lock rings on the axles. If they weren't there... then you have a problem. The real problem is getting them back in... and I don't think it should leak if the seals are still in tact. Usually you have to use a slide hammer to get them out, but putting them in without damaging the boot is the tricky part.
lock rings are all there just worried me how easily they came out once i disconnected my ball join and moved the hub out of the way, i pulled and it slid right out of the trans more pics tomorrow, as far as the plugs go, how do they look to you guys? this is a salvage yard engine, place said it had 30k miles on the engine, took the valve cover off and looks super clean
They look pretty clean to me, I'd call about ~5-7000 miles or less on em'.

They sometimes come out with a slide hammer, and sometimes they fall out with a pull. Usually the boot comes apart before the axle comes out if you're just pulling. But it's not a big deal.

Yeah, would help to brush them off. But if it were me I would have just gotten new ones and thrown those in the recycling bin. What's $7-10 for peace of mind

I need a block heater for mine.
But it's a PITA to mount any of them without dropping engine.

It really is a wonderful thing. It also tends to freak some people out when they least expect it.
I have comfort access so I feel like it would be difficult.
2 hoses and 4 bolts more, engine say bye bye.
