Replaced starter last night, took the car through the car wash, completely vacuumed and wiped down the interior and cleaned all the windows(hatchbacks suck.).
Ordered a reman Denso Alternator, now my catalytic converter is rattling. Fuck it's the 150k plague, emptying every cent I've been saving.
EGR was fine lol. I guess when I used degreaser before assembly, the goo still remained. Maybe I'll run a bit of Seafoam through the solenoids. Cleared the codes

Team flag V2. Asking around for quotes now. Gotta do that Initial D thing for real!

I have a guy that does some printing for these at my work. I'll send you a PM with the e-mail contact. His work is good and he's really reasonable about prices.
edit: PM sent.

Same thing happened to me a few months ago, I stopped driving Thursday night, go to work all weekend, start my car up on Monday before school, bam car's computer yelling at me tire pressure was too low. I had about the same size stuck in my tire too.
Merc fun!
Spent an hour today cursing at the damned door trying to remove the interior paneling because the interior door handle and window switch have a metal surround that makes it hard to pull off without cracking the exotic veneers.....
(sorry for shitty image quality)

Took the door panel off because the door isn't opening smoothly and because the glue on the back of the wood dried out and the wood peeled off

I never realized how big the rear door actually is until I brought the interior paneling into the house....

Spent almost an hour removing plastic and rubber insulation in my wheel well to get to the washer fluid tank, only to realize my hydraulic jack was broken and couldn't even lift the front wheels off the ground. :suicide:

hey at least the jack didn't decide to break some other time like well if it were in use with you under the car :v:
Removed rear driveshaft
Drained T-case
Started removing front driveshaft...Needle bearings everywhere
onto the parts list it goes.
So I got this nice looking stainless steel GReddy muffler, I hope it sounds good. Not sure how to mount it though, [it's not] for an accord so I'll prolly have to weld a mount to it. It'll be nice to have an excuse to use my welder.
[Edited for clarity]
Got the gas tank installed and put the head back on :D
[t]http://i.imgur.com/UMiPlpo.jpg[/t]
Also im 90% sure Felpro only gave me 9/10 head bolts because both the washer and bolt is missing and I was taking them right out of the package with my dad and putting them right into the head.
Muffler is in and sounds boss. It sounds pretty deep, so I'll need to use a different camera then my phone because it won't pick up the low tone.

Gonna remove head soon then pull the block to paint it
I see somthing you need to put a head in. :v:
Worked on cousins engine today, painted parts, knocked out the rocker arms on one side, should be done by tomorrow. We are REALLY happy with how the manifold turned out, just killer, the hilighted numbers on the side are cool too. We are going to have lots of nice fasteners and a set color scheme so this should look really pimp when its all done.

Mopar 360 .030 over, 10.5:1 pistons, stock rods and crank, everything redone, new aluminum heads, aluminum rocker arms, new cam, oil pan, plenty of other things. 650 vac secondary holley, should make 400+ with headers when its all done.

Installed a latch that was missing so now my hatch can stay closed lol
Finally, matching wheels.
One glacier grip was dry, dad ended up ripping the bead open.
So, now ive got 4 new 205/55/16 Douglas Xtra-Trac 2's.
Sucks cause the Glacier Grips were still nearly new, but i guess they sat too long at the tire shop.
New lugs are on. Guys at the shop painted my brakes silver while i was gone, lol.

Gate to said house (Still in progress)
Sooo it was almost time to go home and I wanted to ride the clock and look busy so I gathered up some scrap ends of pipe and welded them pointlessly.

I only got in 1 semi decent bead before my co-workers started jacking with the welders settings.
[t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1031910/Pic%27s/IMAG0363.jpg[/t]
They turned it on 225A and HOLY FUCKIGN SHIT GOTTA GO FAST GOTTA GO FAST BIG CYCLES.
Was good day.
Two things, I found out what was making that horrible noise when my car warms up, not my transmission, or my drive shaft, or my trans tunnel. It was an exhaust hanger bit hitting on my floor pan really fast.
I also replaced my torque rods (trailing arms) with newer ones with poly bushings. As I assumed, one of my torque rod bushings broke and just sheared off in the rod. So I was having the rear axle twist and rotate.
Think of it like a cheap super hicas system :v:
"Kunststoff Holzmaserung"
I wish, that would be cheaper to replace, but nope, it is real wood, I checked. The door panels themselves are also entirely leather.....but that's what you get a car that costed as much as a decent house when it was new.

So far so good. EGR system seems to be ok. Installed front fascia bottom lip. 600 miles so far. Hopefully it broke in properly. Burned 2 quarts of oil already, very dark oil.
I changed my oil at 500 miles after my rebuild, then I switched to synthetic.
Got some new wheels in the garage for my E30.

The gold RSes will be going on the car after I re-lip the fronts from 7" to 8".
The silver concave weaves are getting cleaned up and sent off to their new home soon :)
Got the front driveshaft off, wound up using the driveshaft as the wrench and just spinning it really hard while the wrench on the nut slammed into the crossmember, slowly breaking it free. So crafty yo!
And now the nuts inside the crossmember/frame are spinning so I can't get the t-case skidplate down today, and also found my dads impact gun is 2big, so I guess I'll add that to my list of tools to buy.
Coolant has been disappearing from my car, I suspected the head gasket to be the problem (as I've not seen any puddles under the car, also it's been smoking white while running), so I put the cylinders under pressure one by one, but I got no bubbles in the coolant jug from any of the cylinders. Odd.
I did however notice that all of the rings leak, and one of them even leaked during compression (noticed this while rotating the engine to get in the right position for the leak test), so I'll be checking the compression pressures tomorrow.
Do a leakdown test if you have access to a leakdown tester, good way to see how much compression loss you have.
