What? No pork/beef for me?
NNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Are you forcing me NOT to eat this?
You're allowed to eat pork and beef. Just not fried in oil. That pork chop is fair game if the URL is correct and it's baked.
I haven't had any of this shit in two years.
I'm also American, which is unheard of.
Fuck these threads. No facepuncher will ever prevent me from doing what i love. YOU CANT STOP ME
Lost to a bottle of Sprite.
Everyone should do this. All the time. Acne problem? Drop that greasy hamburger you fat fuck, get rid of that shitty carbonated soda.
Will make a massive difference, and you'll feel a thousand times better.

Ok.
On a positive note, if you're curious about trying it, just go ahead and take the plunge. I've given both up for the past two months and I've never felt better in my whole life.
Learn to cook some things for yourself, try new foods. You'll have more energy and you'll notice a difference in your weight very quickly. I've dropped 30 pounds in that time, and once you stop eating all that shit you'll hardly miss it.
I love how some guys really take this thread to seriously, thinking it's some kind of order. It's a challenge for yourself, not necessarly OP telling you what to do. For some people, this thread could be enough to motivate some people to become healthier. But if you want to be ignorant tards and spam this thread with disagreement, you shouldn't have posted at all.
I go for months at a time without soft drink and fried foods. It's not hard at all. I've been wanting to have some chicken and chips lately so I'll probably do that soonish and get it out of my system. Don't really need a set month not to have any of that stuff.
Well, today I had awesome ribs & wings for dinner, as well as about 4 cans of pop. I don't think I can participate in this contest.
You should mostly say "Eat like a vegetarian"
5' 11" (180cm) and 70kg. It actually seems odd to me that so many people in this thread are so attached to junk food.
Side note: I fucking love fruit.

I had meat in my dinner tonight and it wasn't fried.
You should mostly say "Eat like a vegetarian"
I can name hundreds of meals that are meat that aren't fried.
What's next, No Breathing March?
I can name hundreds of meals that are meat that aren't fried.
Reason why I said that is cause it'd be harder for people.
I have not drank any sodas or eaten any fried foods for over a month. Fuck this.

What?
No way anyone will pull through
No way anyone will pull through
It's fucking easy.
If anyone here wants to do it but fails then they seriously need to get some fucking willpower and re-evaluate exactly why it is they want to eat/drink these things, especially considering how short-lived the pleasure gained from it is and how drastic the consequences often are in comparison.
