Okay your right though, you know it's gonna get mentioned every second of the day though.
[QUOTE=benos;22320246]Okay your right though, you know it's gonna get mentioned every second of the day though.[/QUOTE] Leave them be, they're quite happy in there little elite circle jerk forum. It's better than the GMF these days at any rate.
So, I wake up, normal routine, brush my teeth, turn laptop on, make up of tea then open firefox and facepunch+millions of other tabs. But today something new happened, a pop-up appeared, just out of nowhere as if like magic. Nothing new clicked, nothing new happened... it just magiced out of nowhere. What one wishes to know is where is came from and why it appeared. [img]http://img532.imageshack.us/img532/7026/whatbthis.jpg[/img]
That happens when you click the number of replies in a thread in the thread view.
oh wow, cool thanks! :buddy: There are secret things hidden all over facepunch :tinfoil:
How do you remove the buttons form under your name?
[QUOTE=FINLEY;22345973]How do you remove the buttons form under your name?[/QUOTE] Did you write "N/A" yourself of did you leave the fields blank? If you left it blank then I have no idea why they're still there.
How about an addition to the [img] tag with a variable width so you can resize huge pictures without using img_thumb which is too small for some purposes. like.. [img=600]http://imageadress.jpg[/img] Sets the embedded image to a maximum size of 600px. Should be incredibly easy to implement and doesn't put load on the server either due to CSS.
[QUOTE=Ori Child;22340535]oh wow, cool thanks! :buddy: There are secret things hidden all over facepunch :tinfoil:[/QUOTE] lol. That's a feature on almost every vBulletin forum. Just so you know for future use.
[QUOTE=Ori Child;22340535]oh wow, cool thanks! :buddy: There are secret things hidden all over facepunch :tinfoil:[/QUOTE] It's not secret or hidden there is "secret" and "hidden" stuff but why should I give it And about IMG tagging, something similar to what interlopers.net has would be neat. It appears at about 800 wide in the post, but clicking enlarges it to a size that fits in your browser without opening a new window/tab. Isn't there a way to make greasemonkey scripts work on Chrome or am I misinformed?
[QUOTE=Rasrap Smurf;22363872]Isn't there a way to make greasemonkey scripts work on Chrome or am I misinformed?[/QUOTE] You just open them in Chrome. I think you need Chrome 4 or higher.
Why do some people get banned for stupid things? [url=http://www.facepunch.com/showpost.php?p=22389228&postcount=728]For example, this[/url]

Prediction of moderator actions can get you banned. Also, can we close the moderator recruitment thread? Right now, all it is is ass-kissing and off-topic discussions.
[QUOTE=elitehakor;22389907]That isn't stupid. Prediction of moderator actions can get you banned. Also, can we close the moderator recruitment thread? Right now, all it is is ass-kissing and off-topic discussions.[/QUOTE] I don't see why it's a bannable offense.
[QUOTE=Dj-J3;22390138]I don't see why it's a bannable offense.[/QUOTE] leave the moderation to the moderators. Report and move on.
What does the little green button button by some threads mean?
