Love you too honeybuns But yes I'm very sorry that the straight white males don't get to use these kinds of words, the oppression you've suffered is unfathomable
This just in: Ontario Liberals want to give a $10,000 credit to companies for every new immigrant hired. You were saying?
Alright we're getting a bit off track here. Back to Girls/Guys and shit. Well I started highschool yesterday, and in Homeroom there is this girl that sits next to me. The first day she asked me to help her with her schedule and getting to her classes and stuff. So I helped her out with it and after that we talked about school and stuff and then we left homeroom. Shes not in any of my classes, but every time we see each other she waves to me and smiles. Today I noticed that in homeroom, pretty much every time I looked away, out of the corner of my eye I could see her staring at me, and every time I turned around and looked at her, she would quickly look the other way. after homeroom pretty much every time we saw each other we waved, we didn't really talk today though. I want to talk to her but I don't really know what to say ya know. can anyone give me advice on whether she likes me? I know its early to tell whether she likes me or not but I figured I could ask anyway. Also how can I start a conversation with her
ask if you want to go out
Thisispain would be proud of me. I spontaneously bought a Bjork album because me and this girl were in a music store and I felt like it would be good to try some new music. Besides that, she never tries anything new so it's probably healthy for her to do things like that... It's a little strange. Maybe an acquired taste. I listened to it in the car and have for a couple days though, and it's pretty good driving background music or maybe music to fall asleep to.
oh my dear jesus which album is it
ask if you want to go out

ask if you want to go out
already? I mean I've only known her for about two days
already? I mean I've only known her for about two days

ask if you want to go out
it doesn't matter.

Finally the summers over and I can start to talk to girls outside of my close-ish friends
Get that chloroform ready guys
it doesn't matter.
well what should I ask her, like to go to the movies or something? I don't really have much experience with girls. At all
ask her out
we've already established this
Dinner, movies; whatever the hell you want. Read Maveriks thread for all your advice.
we've already established this
so you asked her out and you're asking if she likes you or not?
no, I'm going to ask her out
No she wants your wallet.
hnnng talking to women when it's not casual talk is not my thing :sigh: TOO MANY AWKWARD SILENCES
They're only awkward if you make them awkward. And your avatar went from bad to worse.
I haven't had an awkward silence in ages, now that I think about it. Silence is a part of communication, you don't have to be saying something at all times. Sometimes times of silence can really make a moment.
Today this pretty hot girl was badmouthing my cousin right to my face, as if we were both joking around together. It was really weird because I'm not really that close to my cousin, and I do think he's sorta weird, but I'm not about to badmouth him to random people. At first I wasn't sure what to do, but I ended up sorta standing up for him.
Oh my This is so relevant to what I just said I almost don't even want to reply
Some laws protect people from discrimination, that did/does exist. Others go well above and beyond that, and give people rights others don't get to have. Remember the big freak out about the laws the Conservatives changed governing the payment and hiring of women? All they changed were the special permissions women got that men didn't. That law is more equal now than it ever was (even if society is still a little slow to catch up sometimes...) but the feminazis cried their nazi tears and accused everyone of discrimination (irony at its finest I might add). But hey, cool, instead of maybe considering what I'm saying, just be ignorant because it's easier than being responsible. See Zeke, now you're being a faggot.
but when you sit there the first times and just stare at eachother and start laughing a bit.. no thanks
It's true, silence really is only awkward if you make it awkward. If silence hit when I was on a date and it wasn't because one of us said something stupid as fuck, I just grabbed the girl's hand or cuddled her, whatever was appropriate in that situation. It's the perfect opportunity to go for it.
but if it's one of the first times you see her i don't think cuddling is appropiate, especially when friends are around. remember that i'm REALLY bad at social stuff, i know nearly nothing.
oh my dear jesus which album is it
The swan one. I would give you the name of it, but I honestly don't know. The font on the cover is kind of difficult to read and is half covered by a sticker, so I can't see it unless I upload it to iTunes or something. I don't actually know the names of any of the songs yet. I've just been playing it in my car on repeat for the past five days.

Hello again guys, you may or may not remember me from before but I am back to tell you that you were all wrong. I got finger deep last night and on Saturday she has promised entry. She is no longer self-conscious as I keep telling her how great her body is and I keep caressing the areas she is uncomfortable about. So you all later!
vespertine? that's the really low-fi kind of clicky clacky album from 2001. definitely not the bubbly pop that she's known for
Oh? Maybe I'll get a different one. Yes it's Vespertine.
I got finger deep last night
My first thought as I was reading was "finger deep in wha-" Then I read your avatar. I guess I forgot what thread I was in.
