very useful it's hard to find some good exploitable grass so I just used Photoshop brushes, I'll try fuckin' around with it some more and do what you said. the lens flare you see is placed directly on top of the sun, but i'll just try not going with the lens flare.
oh it looked like the circle was the lens flare and the sun was behind those clouds. anyway, lurk some CG forums for really high res textures
I wish the format was more like this [img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/bar-02-03_bette1.jpg[/img_thumb]

Does any one know of any amazing Japanese tattoo artists?
trying to make it look like a 'realistic' photograph ideas??
Why not use the 3D program to shop the text into a photo instead, like [t]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1689248/scr/asdf.png[/t] If that's no option, then I'll say this. The lighting seems to come from multiple point lamps, instead of the sun and bounced light?
i'm not sure how to make bounced light, and I don't own any 3D programs :( it does come from 4 light sources though
Beautiful Disaster You’re an inferno in an alchemy shop, A flood in the desert. I’m the trunk of a tree, A poorly made bed. You’re a streaming river, running wild and free. I’m a jagged edged cliff, abrupt and sharp. Together we create a beautiful and dangerous wonder, power measured by sight, for most dare not stand too close. Unbridled destruction leaving perfectly symmetrical smooth surfaces. You are a phoenix, perpetually rising from your own ashes. You are beautiful; dilapidating to propagate
i'm not sure how to make bounced light, and I don't own any 3D programs :( it does come from 4 light sources though
so wait, are you doing that all in ps? can't help you, then. don't own a copy m'self, and haven't taken any sort of initiative to get it.
Don't listen to the people who tell you not to argue with criticism.
There is a difference between 'ignoring' a critique (when you don't really find it relevant) - but still thanking the person for taking his/her time - and just arguing with the critique. The latter won't do nothing good to you. That's the only thing I disagree with you.
ya like its been said a thousand times probably not the best environment to post written 'art'
Could you suggest a thread per chance, my good sir? :D
Anywhere not on this forum, because he meant the entire forum isn't so great for written art. There used to be a thread for creative writing and it died after 10 pages over half a year
so wait, are you doing that all in ps? can't help you, then. don't own a copy m'self, and haven't taken any sort of initiative to get it.
it's all ps. i spent ages figuring out how the fuck 3D works, and I tried merging to 3D layers... it didn't end well, so I just kept to that text. it was supposed to have more text.. but then I put in grass and a background and shit.
Could you suggest a thread per chance, my good sir? :D
there is a thread for written art, go find it yourself.
go find it yourself.
Why are you always so smug? You are on an internet forum, not an air-quote bad-ass convention.
