Obama with a hat and small glasses, missing a tooth. Seriously.
The Q and tophat is too organic, make it bolder and clearer in it's edges, shape and definition. Like Akasori said it's too smudgey right now.
I'd definitely want to work more on it if it was my own project, but it was just a small 'can you do this real quick' request.
the suit looks like its fading/being overtaken by the background whears the Q looks like its about to fall off (i think its a bit too high/seems high since it has no neck)
I'm a sucker for overblown lighting, and it just kinda fell into place as I laid the rough shape down; for example, the legs didn't change at all since I blocked out the initial shapes. Also he was supposed to be "looking up condescendingly" and that's a little tough to figure out with a giant Q in a top-hat :v:
I'm happy with it for being a speedy thing though.
I like the overblown lighting. Gives it more atmosphere than hard edges

Are you serious? That's the most juvenile reply to someones art I have seen on facepunch. SO Detlef likes to draw boys in a way she likes, and yeah you might not be into that so maybe it would be a good idea not to spew out a reaction similar to a ten year olds childish reaction which makes you look like a complete acehole and instead act a bit more matuuure. Don't you think?

Racist.
So I started to draw Guy Pearce, but this guy doesn't look like Guy Pearce at all, so no tattoos for him.

Can any one tell me how to create life like fur digitally, preferably on photoshop. I am trying to recreate my drawing for my extended project but when its comes to digital art im not that great, I have a wacom bamboo at my disposable. Also any advice on the perspective of the legs, face/jaw and the front paw?

Just pulled the mold off (sounds easier than it was) for my concrete and rebar coffee table. Excuse the bad picture, didn't have access to my camera at the shop. I'm super excited that it came out looking really nicely. Next step is to let it cure for a week outside the mold, it will lighten up in color and harden a bit over that week, then I get to seal it which will make it look darker and appear slightly wet. In the meantime I'm going to get a piece of 3/8th glass made for the table top and polish up the legs which will end up being close to a mirror finish.

i drew this solid snake quickly last night and thought i would post it. it was done on my ipod with my finger and i was tired so i know its not perfect people...
Did a quick sketch. Now I gotta go back and actually paint it all (would you use "paint" to describe coloring and shading when talking about digital art? Like a digital paint?)

No point in posting a video for a really obvious reference that everyone knows
If there's some funny tangeant that not everyone would think of straight away, that is the appropriate time to post a picture or video of it

"Paint" usually implies the legwork of the piece was done by painting. If you've got a really busy line drawing before you start, then you'll be "colouring" it :v:
The line drawing is just to see where everything is lol. I mean i draw out the stuff with a pencil before I do an acrylic or oil paint too but its not like I color the linework, i paint over it.
