is this topic even up for discussion?

Gregor Clegane, obviously.
everyone's just saying their own favorite character
SCP-076. He can be killed, but does essentially infinite resurrection count? Plus the interdimensional knife stuff.
everyone's just saying their own favorite character
Gregor Clegane isn't my favorite character, but he is one of the most bad ass ones I've read about.

Slocknog. http://ftl.wikia.com/wiki/Slocknog
Wailord, easy. Man'd just roll over once and instantly flatten everyone else on the battlefield.
everyone's just saying their own favorite character
If that's the case:
It would be whichever reality altering super god was the first to wipe everything out of existence in the blink of an eye.
It's obviously Dora the motherfucking Explorer. Hardcore man
Mother fucking Charlotte from making fiends
One single smile from her can cause the whole universe to implode. Overall, everyone is fucked.

As long as he has the name of the person and their face in his head he's all set.
I know he could never emerge as the final victor, but I like to think Gravelord Nito could fuck up the grim reaper. He's at least far more intimidating than a skeleton in a hoodie.
If your chosen fictional character has ever died, they shouldn't even be eligible. For example, the reapers in Mass Effect can die. By default that would put Commander Shepard and the forces he fights with higher on the food chain. So in a fight to the death of all fictional characters, the reapers would stand no chance. If an army of aliens can kill them, an army of every other fictional character could too. Long story short, if your fictional character has ever died, you should be putting the fictional character that killed them instead.
Mr. Rogers.
:v: I'd vote Dr. Manhattan.

SCP-682. He is fucking IMMORTAL.
Tabuu from Super Smash Brothers Brawl. Turn everyone into trophies, gg.
Master Chief.
Gordon Freeman
SCP-682. He is fucking IMMORTAL.
what's stopping a higher power level character from restraining him?

Judge Death... End of discussion. Doubt he'd fight the other three Dark Judges: Fire, Mortis and Fear. So it'd be the four of them. [t]http://2000ad.files.wordpress.com/2010/11/dark_judges_2000ad_h04.jpg[/t] Even Judge Dredd and Judge Anderson can't really kill them
