Lol people still getting trolled are you guys fucking kidding me or what
Anyone who manages to get trolled by this deserves it 100x over
How is any of the advice legit? You didn't tell kids that they need to eat healthy, exercise, and even if they get muscular/make good gains they shouldn't start to get full of themselves and think they're 'alpha', all you did was enforce the average juicer stereotype.
Actually you will find that most of my posts on this website have been helpful. Here are few:
Noob tips: Work on building your whole body up with compound lifts. Do not even think about a cutting diet, you need to eat everything in sight and lots of protein (meat, milk, protein shakes are all good protein sources and help build muscle) until your six pack has vanished (sounds counter productive but end results will be x40 time better), but at the same time get yourself a good beginners weightlifting routine and lift heavy weights. Here is a good one for you mate: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843 Then when you are starting to get podgy (and I mean podgy I.e. no longer see your six pack whilst flexed) start to cut fat by being in a calorie deficit. Your Stats tell me you do not have much muscle mass, although you might think you look good skinny you will regret that you have been starving yourself when you progress to manhood. Also not having a six pack is not the end of the world. Who walks around without a shirt everyday anyway (apart from me). Cliffs: Gain Weight, Heavy Squats, Heavy Deadlifts, Then Lose some Bodyfat.

Most people over complicate weight loss. Calories In - Calories Burned = Calories Leftover If the calories leftover is Positive you gain weight, if it is lower your body burns fat for the needed extra energy. You don't need to eat "healthy" food or stop drinking soda or candy just make sure you are eating less calories than you need. You will lose almost exactly the same amount of weight eating 1500 calories a day of McDonalds as you would eating 1500 calories a day of healthy food. 99% of peoples metabolisms are exactly the same. You get the odd freak who can eat everything they want. But most skinny kids think they eat lots but in reality do not, or you find they do a lot of sports. Cardio like running and biking does not burn as much energy as you think. Biking for an hour at medium intensity will burn around 300 calories. In other words a small sandwich. One of the best rotuines for burning calories is doing a heavy compound lift based weightlifting routine, (The heavier the better) 6-8 reps will allow a good weight. You should be struggling to get to 8 reps and getting to 6 should be a little hard. People, especially girls worry about gaining unwanted muscle. 1) Girls do not have enough testosterone naturally to gain muscle PERIOD. The muscular girls you have seen have most likely taken steroids. 2) You will not gain any substantial muscle at all if you are eating less calories than your body needs. Think about it, where would the energy come from to create the new muscle. 3) The fastest most men can genetically build muscle is about 0.25-0.4 lbs a week under the best possible diet for building muscle (which you would not have if you are eating less calories than you need or eating soda + candy all the time) A good heavy weightlifting session for 60 minutes will burn around 450 calories. Weightlifting also has an advantage as your body needs to repair the muscles you have broken down afterwards. This burns extra calories while you sleep. What you need to do: Write Down how many calories you normally eat a day. Cut it by about 500 calories and also do some weightlifting. Find a good routine on-line that at least has Squats, Deadlifts and bench press in. You can eat what you want and see exactly the same results as eating healthy foods. (healthy foods are however better for your body ie. heart etc.). Cutting 500 calories is not that much less food, you will not miss it.

You're probably some Beta loser kid out there trying to act Alpha. I bet I can whoop your ass.
That picture is photoshopped yes. But I can assure you I am the real Zyzz.

Bahaha he admitted to being a troll and people are still getting mad at him
Zyzz IDGAF how much of a douchebag you are or if you're real but you seem to be knowledgeable about calorie intake etc. Would you know how many calories the average person burns in a day without any substantial exercise/how much you burn in your sleep? Also guys his OP is actually helpful for initially picking up a chick, then you can change if you want to stay in a long-term relationship, which is what I did.
We got trolled badly, bravo zyzz
maybe you did.
So did rest of facepunch including you
I ran the image in the first OP through JPEGSnoop. Adobe Photoshop CS5'd, probably pirated because nobody that stupid can afford it. Either way I knew he was fake from the beginning
I didn't know he existed
Zyzz IDGAF how much of a douchebag you are or if you're real but you seem to be knowledgeable about calorie intake etc. Would you know how many calories the average person burns in a day without any substantial exercise/how much you burn in your sleep?
About 400 calories when you sleep, and 1000-1500 if you're not really doing much (depends on your weight). Don't ask him that stuff, he just copies and pastes. I actually workout and read up about this stuff.
So did rest of facepunch including you
Not really, I said "If you're not trolling" implying that I pretty much knew he was trolling.
I ran the image in the first OP through JPEGSnoop. Adobe Photoshop CS5'd, probably pirated because nobody that stupid can afford it. Either way I knew he was fake from the beginning
you can tell which image editor he used? How the hell?
you can tell which image editor he used? How the hell?
JpegSnoop tells you what program encoded it. It says if I recall exactly "Adobe Photoshop CS5 Windows"
you can tell which image editor he used? How the hell?
That isn't that hard. You just look how he made it and then you check what programs have that technique.
