Reel Big Fish (going to their concert August 13th, so psyched!)
i saw RBF not too long ago. They have such a good quality sound. It almost sounds like their records. And they're fucking hilarious.
I also got to talk with Aaron Barrett too.
I'm in a Ska band called Ubatuba.
I jam on my trumpet.
:D
Are the Squirrel Nut Zippers and Cherry Poppin Daddies ska?

Nah man, that's swing but still really awesome.
Nobody mentioned Rx Bandits!
Oh my god that show was the shit. I need to go look up the theme. I used to love it.
90s Nick was the shit.
Marry Me.
Mhmmmmmmm.
Here's the theme.

Go to http://thebigorangesplat.com to watch pretty much every 90's nicktoon. Kablam is on there, along with angry beavers, etc. Best site in the world.
I'm super psyched about the RBF show coming up, that will probably be the highlight of my summer. I've always wanted to see rbf but last time I missed it because I was out of town. (when they were on tour with less than jake and streetlight manifesto)
The Kablam theme song is the instrumental version of 2-Tone Army. I like the original a lot more.

Ska sucks/is dead
For n00bz who don't know, the Kablam theme song is the instrumental version of the song 2-Tone Army by The Toasters.

Correct, I stated that in a previous post.
Changed the post so it's not totally repeating what you said.
I'm really excited to see Big D and the Kids Table at Warped Tour this year!
I'm really excited to see Big D and the Kids Table at Warped Tour this year!
I saw them when Warped came by here, and it was awesome. Some guy proposed on-stage, and they played the whole show with this kid's ashes on set with them, because he died in a car crash and always wanted to be on stage with them. It was sweet.
That's awesome. I'm really disappointed NOFX won't be playing the Chicago (Tinley Park) show.
But Less Than Jake will be there.

Less Than Jake was pretty good.
Bunch of people walking around with "FUCK NOFX" and "NOFX SUCKS" shirts at warped this year. Not sure if it was meant to be ironic or what.
NoFX is one of the 4 bands that are even near worth listening to that are headlining Warped this year.
Don't forget The Specials.

Ska music reminds me of the summer time when I was a little kid in the 90's. The only thing I liked doin' was keep on keepin' on.
Was Mustard Plug mentioned?
They're okay. Hit or miss imo.

I've been listening to a lot of early No Doubt recently. It's alright, but not fantastic. I think they were a lot better when they went more punk.
saw the specials at t in the park on saturday, was right at the front.
be jealous.
Does Less than Jake count as actual Ska or just Ska-Punk?
