yeah that's usually what I do to but it was a very important text and you never expect these sorta things to happen. I should learn how a car works, very useful skill to have. How much would a haynes manual cost?
20 bucks. if you own a car, you should invest in one. I have a haynes manual for every car me or my immediate family owns.
Offtopic: What's a fun car to drive (rally-ish type of fun: pretty peppy engine, good handling) that is MANUAL, and probably under 6k used? [editline]12:21AM[/editline]
it's not easy to text and drive with an Iphone my friend.
It's not easy to text with an iPhone period. I need actual keys!
check your local craigslist. I would say an older nissan 240/280ZX or even an older Porsche. four grand, and the older 944s had near 50/50 weight distribution. just make sure to get one with a turbo.
Too lazy to get a pic. it's a 2007 Chevy Cobalt SS
My parents' car is a 1999 Mazda Protegé like this one but green. Kind of ugly but extremely reliable. I'm learning to drive now, I have my road test on the 24th!
Oh snap, are those Nissans the kind of square looking ones, with the Headlights that pop out? Those would be sweet as shit; totally forgot about those!

Disgrace to the SS badge if you ask me, on a N/A 4 cylinder Cavalier. And anyone who's wants to get dirty and work on their car them selves heres 4 vital tools: A Repair manual A Socket Set A Torque Wrench set (FT-lb and inch-ib) A Shop Jack.
What the fuck is up with people buying all these hatchbacks. They're cheap and nasty, pointless and turn into scrap in a collision.
And Good on gas.
Hah not mine... I need a tune up but still... I drive like 35 miles each way to work, and round trip will suck up 1/4 tank of gas. Supposed to be 23mpg city and 26mpg highway. That's a lie, or the car needs a tuneup.

also depends on how heavy your foot is. I CAN get 20mpg CITY and 33MPG highway outta my Land yacht. but normally Im at 17/18 city and 28 highway. AND I dont think Those test numbers don't account for the E10 that all 87 Regular gas is now. I've noticed I get 1mpg city, nd 2.5mpg highway MORE on 91 Octane because it contains NO ethenol.
I don't drive fast, I don't floor it (much) I try to drive like there's an egg on the gas pedal.
If your millage is high enough (80,000 +), could be time for a tune up. Run some seafoam through the intake manifold, then do new plugs, Fuel filter, and front 02 sensor.
92k. I'll just take it to the dealer. FUCK PEP BOYS! NEVER AGAIN.
I wont take mine to shop unless its ABSOLUTELY neccecary (Like the transmission rebuild I'll be needing within the next 25,000 miles) >:(
Yeah I need new suspension soon... Mr. Tire says it's "weak..." $650 per axle.
WoW I Can do my whole car my self with lowering springs and high performance struts for 800$ for the whole care, WITH an alignment. Why i hate shops. If you can't do it your self, you get raped up the rear for it, while they do a half ass job with cheap shitty parts.
Not always...
Well If you have a private shop (not a Chain shop) and build a relation, usually helps. I'm lucky cuz I have a private mechanic who'll even tell me what i need to know if im doing something my self. didn't have the tools to replace some bushings. a shop wanted 350$ and wanted the car all day, he did them for 100$ in 20 minutes.
09 Mercedes Benz E-Class
Pictures tomorrow morning
Holy fuck, how long was it between them?
K lets see. My brother bought the car in APRIL 15th 2008. It got hit June 10th 2008. did 16,000$ Damage. sat in the body shop of the dealer we bought it from for 3 months being fixed (GREAT dealership. Piss poor bodyshop...) HE gets it back Late Sept 2008, And on his way to pick me up bout 3 weeks later he got T-boned. 5000 Damage. Drove it like that till January of this year then FINALY got it fixed. Managed to make it 5 months, then got rear ended at a red light. totalled the Cavalier, 4000$ damage to ours. Got it fixed At the same body shop that fixed it after accident #2. this body shop we use (DonVito Interntional Auto body) is amazing. Our insurnace says that big dent I posted picture of is Previous Damage and theres no way the accident caused it. Its Stress pressure dent. The insurance adjuster touched it and it got bigger. THe body shop fixed it free of charge! THEN We took it back to them 2 weeks after they fixed it the last time (this is about a month go now) cuz of a rattle. They inspect the car and find The FIRST bodyshop didnt fix the Interal bumper setup after the first accident properly. 600$ worth of work, They did it for free cuz were such good repeat customers. I also have to stand up for chevy on this one; The cars been to hell and back and yet still drives amazingly well (no odd body roll due to frame damage etc).!

I got it from my parents. I wanna buy an actual car though, I look ridiculous in a minivan.

Also my BMW 5 (replaced my old Ford Explorer which managed to break): Has a bump or two but manages to look right out of 1995 otherwise.
