Vocals - Mikael Akerfeldt of Opeth, Devin Townsend, James LaBrie of Dream Theater
Guitar - Chuck Schuldiner of Death, John Petrucci of Dream Theater
Bass - Michael Lepond of Symphony X
Drums - Brann Dailor of Mastodon
Chuck and John would clash so much it isn't funny
Just in guitar and bass you have so many clashing sounds that it would become a wall of noise.
What if I like walls of noise?
What if I like walls of noise?
Hey if that's your thing then go ahead, but it would make for a terrible band overall.
Well there's a difference between wall of noise and music which just doesn't compliment the other parts of it and it being a mess
Devin Townsend is master of wall of sound
Ronnie James Dio - Lead Vocals
Dimebag Darrell - Guitar, Backing Vocals
Chuck Shuldiner - Guitar, Backing Vocals
Cliff Burton - Bass, Backing Vocals
Gar Samuelson - Drums, Percussions
Oh dear lord I feel awful for actually laughing at that list :smith:

Guitar: Misha Mansoor (Periphery)
Guitar: Fredrik Thordendal (Meshuggah)
Bass Guitar: Danny Hauser (Veil of Maya)
I honestly don't know who Gar Samuelson is.
Gar Samuelson was Megadeth's original drummer, he only played on their first two albums though.
Vocal & 2nd Guitar - Mikael Akerfeldt (Opeth) - Great clean voice and brutal death metal voice
Female Vocal - Simone Simons (Epica)
Lead Guitar - John Petrucci (Dream Theater) - Great speed and technique with the ability to play slow melodies
Bass - Justin Chancellor (Tool) - Bass lines in tool
Drums - Martin Lopez (Ex-Opeth)
Producer = Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree) & Arjen Lucassen (Ayreon)
Other - London Symphony Orchestra
I'd really like to make a supergroup, but none of the musicians would work well together. Not because they'd argue, but because they're so completely different
Bass: Paul McCartney
Lead Vocals: Peter Gabriel
Lead Guitar: Jimi Hendrix
Piano/Keyboard: Elton John
Drums: Not sure yet.

You haven't heard the radio version of Jetpacks Was Yes! I take it.

Perhaps you dislike it but the vocals are good you can't deny that.
The vocalist is great. I love his voice. But I'm not sure he fits very well with their sound really, or not as well as a vocalist could work with their sound if you get me. I mean he doesn't ruin them due to that but I think there are people who would be a better choice.
Lead Guitar: Jimi Hendrix
Rhythm Guitar: Jimmy Page
Bass Guitar: John Entwistle
Drums: Neil Peart
Vocals: Freddie Mercury
Keyboards: Ray Manzarek
That's ridiculously close to what I would pick, with maybe John Bonham on drums and no rhythm guitar.
