Words are hard to use to describe how much I want that car.
I love it just

WHY, those are fucking drag gears!

I think my truck has 4.10 gears
But it does come with 32" tires, so its not so bad

I like when people say a car is solid. Mine, on the other hand is made of a odorless gas. You can throw a rock anywhere in California and hit a Z that has been repainted but never fixed. It's too bad.
haha, what

That is really funny because my uncle just visited and he has a pretty much identical example of that car. He couldn't be further away from a religious fanatic though, unless you count a Football Stadium as an altar.
If anyone, has like, Oh I dunno, 20k laying around that they don't have any use for, I could really use it.

I'd do it, sounds hilariously fun.
Do you like your oil unfiltered?
Do you enjoy it when your oil filter falls apart after some spirited driving, clogging itself with its own material and then ruining your oil pressure?
Do you enjoy buying only the cheapest, worst-made parts for your car?
I love you BU, but come on. First the big chromies, now this... :(

$10,000, 7lbs of boost on a k swap making ~250 horsepower. Doesn't exactly mention if anything has been done to the motor other than bolting the turbo on and spending lots of money on Greddy accessories.
Is this common pratice or something?
Yes, actually, the Windsor V8 engine is one of a handful of V8 engines with a front sump oil pan in factory setup, so any 302, 289, 351 or such that was pulled out of most Ford/Mercury/Lincoln cars will have a stock front sump pan. This allows them to be dropped straight in (or with little work) to most imports, since most of them use a front-sump arrangement from the factory.
It's an incredibly popular swap for the Nissan 240SX as well, since the 240SX requires a front sump engine. On an interesting note, the LS swapped 240SXs use the 2004-2006 GTO oil pan and pickup tube, as the GTO had a front sump arrangement but the Corvette and truck LS engines used rear sump.
The great thing about the SBF into a 240SX though is that with the right combination of stock parts and spacers, the engine literally bolts right in. RIGHT in. To the factory mount locations. No joke.
Anyways, as for being in the RX7, the Windsor is one of the smallest footprint V8s you can get, so it's the easiest front sump swap. The LS is generally too big, and you have to do some hack work to make it go in without looking or performing like ass due to space constraints (Having to us cast iron manifolds or SUPER short headers, etc.) and MUCH more expensive than a small block Ford engine. One can generally pick up a decent or at least rebuildable Ford V8 for a couple hundred bucks, and the T5 to bolt to it is around the same price if you shop around.
Anyways, yeah. SBF is a common swap for most imports. js.

Okay two things, first of all the EP3 is a fairly rare Civic, worth that much in clean shape without the swap or boost. Secondly, the K series is known to take a load of boost on completely factory engines with turbo kits bolted on. They're very well built, overbuilt, I would dare to say.
That car is worth the asking price, it's a quite fair amount for what it is.
I can think of a lot of things I'd rather spend $10k on. Guess I'm not the target market for it.
FYI, those come stock with the K20A3(SLOW RSX Base motor) so the original one blew up or something. Kinda odd with the turbo and intercooler being ebay stuff while everything else being greddy/name brand.
I'd still rather get an ITR, Type-S, TSX or TL for that kind of money though. Stock the EP3 is incredibly mediocre. Generally they can be found for around 10k but these are just some nice examples for the hell of it.

ITR #01-0201 which was the car Forza/Turn 10 modeled after was for sale a month ago with a crazy show room floor 35k for about $18,000. He edited all his forum threads for it but here's some pictures from the ITR registry.

Is it a manual or an auto? For an automatic it might be amusing, but for a manual it looks like it would get boring.
Ad says it's a 5 speed.
i absolutely hate the position of that shifter. whoever thought that was a good idea is stupid
It was put there to bring the shifter closest to the steering wheel as possible so that you can effortlessly reach over and shift in as short of time as possible. It's really a hate it or love it thing, the EP3 it's self is really a quirky little car. It's Honda trying to sell something to Americans which went over amazing overseas but found that Americans didn't like at all. The EM2/ES1 was rather stale and designed to just be the basic civic. The EP3 was designed to be the economic, quick little hatch which also served being the Civic Type-R chassis too.
http://www.civictyper.org/ep3civic.html
It's really a neat little car, it's just the stock USDM one sucks in comparison to what else you can get for the same cash and didn't quite hold up to what the previous Si and the previous GSR/Type-S had set the bar to. They really should have sold the Si as a high trim model hatch along with a sedan/coupe with the K20A3 then introduced the Si with the Type-S motor.
However they decided to be conservative with it instead of risking a huge loss with a even more expensive car with the Type-S motor since the USDM Si was near impossible to sell. Thus with the 8th gen the US no longer received any Civic hatches as we no longer bought them.
