I should prolly get to postin' pics of the '99 Crown Vic I just got. Looks pretty classy - still in good condition, too.
Yes. :( Gift from my grandfather because I got my license.
Well, at least you got a nice car before it got wrecked.
Well, at least you got a nice car before it got wrecked.
Yeah, I'm driving my mom's equinox right now. My father is going to give me his mustang, and then hes gonna get a new one. This is his mustang

Your family must have quite some money to be just handing down a 2005 or newer Mustang GT. Not to mention the Lexus.

But, each to his own.
The Lexus is yours?
he broadside you?

Looks like he turned in front of the Civic.
Don't you dare crash that beauty.
I sure as hell won't. When I crashed the Lexus I just got my license. I'm gonna be hella lot more careful with the Mustang. My father added a new filter and something in a large box to his car and I have no idea what it was.
"Nah man, fuck putting my intake in a reasonable place, Imma just put it on top of the tire and put a bypass on it so when it rains and ruins the air intake i can still suck up air, whatev man i don give a fuk" [editline]12th October 2011[/editline] My point being you wouldn't NEED an air bypass valve if you would have put it the same spot everyone else does...Inside the engine compartment [editline]12th October 2011[/editline] Hm...
I've been considering a cold air intake for my motor, not to be confused with a short ram intake. For a cold air feed on a lude you need to cut through the wheelarch and feed the pipe down through there whereas a short ram sits in the engine bay. Pics: Short Ram Cold air feed: I've been told of good proven gains as it's feeding direct cold air rather than warm air from the engine bay. Not quite as bad as the chevvy positioning but is it a box worthy idea?
Not worth the gain. Looking like a dork and risking hydrolocking... Really worth the 1-2hp you'll gain from moving the intake piping into the fenderwell?
You crash a Lexus and get a Mustang. I crashed a Camry and got a Malibu with an Oldsmobile hat. Rich motherfucker.
Opps.
Not worth the gain. Looking like a dork and risking hydrolocking... Really worth the 1-2hp you'll gain from moving the intake piping into the fenderwell?
You could also build a plastic box around the air filter that has rubber seals for the hood. Then route cold air from underneath the fender. There you go. Just saved yourself 300 dollars and the extra work.
You crash a Lexus and get a Mustang. I crashed a Camry and got a Malibu with an Oldsmobile hat. Rich motherfucker.
I crashed my volvo and got a volvo cos nothing happened to it, not a scratch cos it's a volvo
I crashed my volvo and got a volvo cos nothing happened to it, not a scratch cos it's a volvo
Define "crashed".
I have never crashed a car that wasn't purpose built for racing. Racecars... I've crashed a few of those.

It could be worse, you could have a Chevy. Owait.

Lexus on right
looks like the hondas fault. es 350 is nice I use to have a es 300 back in high school. 10.0@ 76mph 1/8 mile stock lol top speed was limited to 139mph. 10 seconds for 67 MPH? I don't know if it's me but that sounds REALLY slow... I can hit 60 at the top end of second gear in what feels like no time at all, I'll have to record it sometime.
