Went up to the crest (again, love taking those 20mph windy roads at 40-50) and decided to take some shitty pictures with my new shitty iphone 3gs...Still waiting for my fucking dlsr to get here, can't wait. Anyways, thumbed because i took them straight off the phone, no editing, no idea how big they are: [t]http://i44.tinypic.com/2dw9r21.jpg[/t] [t]http://i43.tinypic.com/dq1w7n.jpg[/t] [t]http://i41.tinypic.com/21e0zn5.jpg[/t] [t]http://i44.tinypic.com/sl7gxl.jpg[/t] [t]http://i42.tinypic.com/fvcux4.jpg[/t]
I love your car. it might look a bit crappy but at the same time it looks awesome.
Still working on fixing it up; The white shit you see is a failed attempt at applying bondo by the previous owner, soon as i get that sanded down properly i can work on painting the rest of the car. Then, it should look fantastic, aside from many dents and dings here and there. Also, was driving back from madrid (One of the places i went on this mini-road trip, went east from ABQ down to highway 14, up the crest, back down, through madrid and then back to abq (Madrid is where they filmed wild hogs)) and i had this little tiny, lowered (like mine) beat up red mazda miata flash his headlights at me on the two lane highway as he passed, couldn't throw my hand over to the switch fast enough though :/ Thought that was cool, musta recognized what i was driving, not many people do.

-snippity wrong thread snappity-
I put away my '92 Swift 1.3 GS because the car became to dangerous to drive in, and I'm to lazy (and clumsy) with mechanics to repair it, so I bought a new car with my parents (50/50) It's a Peugeot 107 1.0 XR. The car is pretty much stock, but I've installed a integrated navigation system with iPod docking; (Only picture I have atm) The car runs really cheap, and is really cheap in assurance (€175,- for 4 months) Because the car is brand new, I wont make any customisations in at least a year, but the first thing that will change are wider tires with rims (I now have black painted alloys)

Thanks, and you know to be honest, that's the result of some wet-sanding with scotch-bright, a quick wash with soap and water and a rinse, and one really thick coat of medium-gloss black CAT paint my dad got from his work. I think it really did come out nice, except being black it gets dirty SO EASY, especially being in the desert, the dirt gets fucking EVERYWHERE, which you NEVER notice, until the sky decides it's going to splurt some pee out for 5 minutes one day and it fucks everything up, water spots everywhere. Just barely enough rain to just screw everything up, not even close to being enough to clean it. [editline]1st November 2011[/editline] Once i finish painting the whole car I'll have to put a few coats of wax on it, see how it does not having a clear coat, i can always touch it up if anything reacts for whatever reason, that's the upside of spray paint i guess.
Not "my car" but looks exactly like it, but teal... and more dents. 0-100kph(60Mph), 15 seconds. HP - Fuck All. 220000Kms, Engine, 1.4l SPI, Total running costs since I got it, Next to nothing. Cost to service, Pretty much nothing, Problems its caused me, none. Cost when I bought it. $1000 Aud. Total time I've had it - 3 Years. I love my little car. Its filled with nerf darts, empty cans, the seat covers have diesel, grease, oil stains from where I work. Doesn't have a boot because that is where I store my Sub, Amp, Axe and other little car stuff (Oil/Fluids/Toolbox.)
Thats a Opel Corsa B 1.4 16V they have pretty good engines.
Thats a Opel Corsa B 1.4 16V they have pretty good engines.
Its also a Buick Sail! ...Vauxhall Corsa, Opel Vita, Chevvy Classic and Chevvy Corsa. They're all over the place! Oh and Chevvy Corsa Classic, Opel Corsa Lite, Classic, Sail & Swing, Chevvy Sail, Corsa Plus, Celta, Prisma & Chevy and Suzuki Fun. Never known a car to be so mass marketed and under so many differing names.
Its also a Buick Sail! ...Vauxhall Corsa, Opel Vita, Chevvy Classic and Chevvy Corsa. They're all over the place!
Chewy Corsa you say? Sounds tasty.
Chewy Corsa you say? Sounds tasty.
Double V's can be missleading :)
Double V's can be missleading :)
The point was that Chevy has one V.
The point was that Chevy has one V.
I initially read it as double V at some point. Excuse the spelling mistakes.

I speak from experience after trying to paint by myself. Then wash/claybar/polish/wax it, it'll look awesome.
Bad picture but... You get the idea.
Nice car, never been a fan of the early 2000s Bugeye look for imprezas, but it's in good shape
What's with the flowers hanging from the mirror?
To feed the bugeyes.
So that shalt be my pimpmobile. (Beater for this winter, until I switch it for a GTP next summer)
What's with the flowers hanging from the mirror?
To be honest, back when I had the Eclipse it was just floating around in the car, so I just threw it up there. This redneck drove up next to me with his girlfriend in a stupid-looking riced out 325i and is all "hur what's with the flowers? it's kinda gay". After that I smoked his shitty ricer and have just kept them there for pride. :911: It kinda makes it look like a girl's car, but I ain't givin a fuck.

Mackey, my 2000 Honda Accord. He's got quite a few paint chips here and there, but he drives like a dream.
That's like our old car. I loved that thing, comfy seats. What is yours? LX?
Either trolling or 14-year-old looking at cars thinking "OMG mustang w/ stripes fastest car ever!" and lol. 0-60 in six seconds? My old 01 Eclipse could have you. And my new Subaru eats Mustangs for breakfast. I think it would be more cool if it was a higher model, like the boss 302 or something...half the people around here buy mustangs, and they are all either the GT 5.0 or the Shelby GT500, nothing in between, and i personally love the way the 302 looks. Still, nice car, the graphics sortof make up for it
