Hey man, as long as it doesn't look like this: I'm cool with it. Not that i ever had any say in the matter, it is your choice, but still.

The gigantic wheels are totally out-of-proportion, plus part of the wheel isn't even visible and it doesn't fill the wheel-well up very well.
I saw a slammed suburban, to the same level as the other chevy posted above today. It was the stupidest thing i've ever seen, and there were these two bros looking at it talking to eachother. At 7-11.

Not too quiet, and way too much attention. Gotta fix some body fitment issues and gonna get a strut/spring combo for it. Probably Koni Yellows and GC springs. Motors enough for me for the time being.
Any plans of wheel change? I like the steelies but
Well, I have a set of GSR Fat-5's in my garage. I just got snow tires on the steelies since winters coming. Around spring time I'm gonna get tires on 'em, and put 'em on. Gonna try and see if people wanna trade or whatever for other rims. I don't really like Fat-5's. My brother has a set of Blades, but he's being a douche about 'em. I even told him I'd give him mine and some money.
I like those. I loik em a lout
The GSR fat fives are alright but not my choice of wheels for EG. I prefer Del Sol fat fives with or without center caps. Or VX/HX wheels.
Slammed duallies are amazing. inb4 the hate
That truck isn't "slammed". It's on bags most likely. Aka the ride is still soft and the ride height completely adjustable at any time. Speed bumps are not a problem.
Looks shit though
Well the people that have their low riders like them just like every other group of car enthusiasts. They are useless and not practical but I think they are pretty cool. You guys always show super stereotypical lowriders, nice small spoke wheels are much better.
I actually really like that, minus the current pose.
You guys always show super stereotypical lowriders
I did that on purpose, to make a point, and that was that it looks stupid as hell. [editline]30th November 2011[/editline] Which everyone seemed to agree with so, consider it point made :D
That truck isn't "slammed". It's on bags most likely. Aka the ride is still soft and the ride height completely adjustable at any time. Speed bumps are not a problem.
Slammed has nothing to do with the vehicle being on static suspension or otherwise. That fucker is laying frame, therefore it is slammed. And no the ride isn't always soft on bags. A lot of VW people run bags and they run stiff so they can have a nice low ride height without constantly smacking bumpstop.
Please excuse the shitty, blurry, grainy photo, but being that this was some of the most fucking fun I've had in many years (and not to mention it got me out of my cave to meet some new people) I figured it was worth posting. I could write a book on everything i experienced tonight...Just amazing. We plan on doing it again, during the day this time, so maybe i can get more pictures. Two on the left are turbo, two on the right are N/A, far right being mine. [editline]1st December 2011[/editline] Really cool group of people, too. And they were all around my age, so it wasn't very awkward either.
That's really trippy to look at, woah.
I'm coming on the next one. I'll bring my Lancer and not keep up and then when you stop, I'll slam into you because the brakes naturally suck on my car.
Whereat? Let's roll.
maybe we need a meetup thread too
Here's the rest of the photos from the other day:
Whereat? Let's roll.
Not sure about you but I'm down in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Might make it a bit difficult, don't you think? :P

One of those things...
Oooohhhh I'm tellllllliinnngggg
As i explained to mgear here (Who did actually tell on me...) I arrived late to the party (or rather on time, they all got there early) and that was the last spot available. On the other side of the white car was a giant pole belonging to a billboard...We'll have to find somewhere else to park if we want more than 4 people to join us unless they end up parking in the drop off zones as well :P
Don't mind me just cruising through
I'm surprised the trailer isn't slammed, considering on how both the tow vehicle and the vehicle BEING towed are slammed...You'd think they would throw some bags on the trailer, too :P
I never realized how big our parking spaces were in the US.. [editline]2nd December 2011[/editline] My OCD hates the Q in my plates though.

My car is incapable of doing such things.
