My wants: Bren (available and affordable) G43 Arisaka (affordable) M1919 (affordable) DP PTRS [editline]1st May 2013[/editline] I want the Bren mostly though such a badass LMG
I want a Vickers K
GBB Thompson. I heard King Arms was working on one but haven't heard much about it
I still want that GBB Uzi (big).
I want Mal's gun from Firefly. A Remington 870 style Tri Shot with real wood and metal. Also, a Kriss AEG.
Yeah higher quality tri-shots would be nice.

Yes please.
There's a guy on Arnies making one [t]http://i175.photobucket.com/albums/w131/kalashnikov_kid/20121130_150941.jpg[/t] [t]http://i175.photobucket.com/albums/w131/kalashnikov_kid/20121214_102133.jpg[/t]
I need blueprints. I MUST have blueprints.
I'd buy the shit out of one of these. However, theres way too many complications for it to ever be made as an airsoft gun any time soon.
Well you could in theory make one using a AEG sten gun as a basis since they both similar in appearance and proportions but one big problem I can see straight away would be the magazine.
like its not even a mag its a clip and the way it moves up and down as the gun fires i dont want to think about this in airsoft dont make me think about this in airsoft
it couldnt exist in airsoft dont even bother thinking about it. could try and make an ak2012 though. just make a p90 body kit
Couldn't even exist in real life, I can't wrap my head around how it even feeds the rounds.
The clip would be pulled through in a manner similar to a belt fed mg, would br my guess.
I still want that GBB Uzi (big).
And Tec-9 The only one that exists is old and rare, and the AEG version some company was making disappeared.
the STAR MEGASTAR [t]http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p32/dougwtx/sell/star1.jpg[/t]
STAR MEGASTAR
yeah, but it would never work, airsoft or real life.
I think it was in V1 where me, ender and taepodong discussed how to fit in an airsoft mechanism into killzone guns. I managed to fit a gbb mechanism into this one I can't remember the exact post, but I think it used a bolt that travelled forward I'd do it differently now, I'd just put the real bolt in the the stock with the mag and a have the actual one be a mock bolt that moves but doesn't really do anything or an ultra realistic version that would just have a massive travel lenght for the bolt, which means that the gas would have to be routed to it from the mag either way it's feasible
There aren't enough Uzis on the market, all I can find is TM and no where seems to have them in stock
IIRC the TM Uzi was shit
IIRC the TM Uzi was shit
That probably explains why its not in stock anywhere.
IIRC the TM Uzi was shit
no not really I have one and its alright aside from a wiring issue that was more user error than anything
no not really I have one and its alright aside from a wiring issue that was more user error than anything
Lets also not mention what happens when you take apart the gearbox. Long story short, the Uzi was TM's greatest design achievement of all time, to the point where literally only a TM tech can take it apart and put it back together because of how complex it was to fit everything in the UZI frame without being an AEP. I believe some of the highlights include the hopup and inner barrel going into the center of the gearbox as having the gears spin the opposite direction of normal.

My brother has had one of those for longer than i care to remember. In the many many years he's owned it he must've become a wizard since he's opened it up to fix things that have broken many, many times

I know quite a few techs, but I've never even heard of someone successfully rebuilding an Uzi.
I'm sure things have gone wrong inside. He's had it for so long that i doubt it'd still be running if he hadn't done some internal work to it. Might ask him when he comes over on the weekend. It may not even be TM, i just don't know anyone who would've made Uzis way back when he got his.
