They also have shoes that you can buy that are specially for beaches. They are made out of wet suit material and have rubber soles to give you grip and stop you from hurting your feet.
Don't know if they have them in Canada though.
You mean reef shoes? there pretty common....
Okay doctor Facepunch. Early this morning sometime I had a nosebleed followed by a headache. Earlier today I had another nosebleed (very unusual, it's usually a once-every-few-months thing), and later on I almost had another but I caught it early and was able to prevent it. However I've had this headache for well-over 12 hours now, much longer than the usual 1-2. And sleeping hasn't fixed it (it normally does). Does anyone know what it could be or if it'll go away soon? I took Ibuprofen earlier and it worked for about 4 hours, now I feel it coming back again. I took some more and will probably go to bed soon, today's just been shitty because of this (also my computer mouse died :C).
Also related to the nosebleed thing, it always bleeds out the same side and it usually happens at random, thought sometimes from picking or blowing. And like I said, it never happens more than once a couple months, let alone 3 times in under a day.

I'm not too sure if this is the same, but I used to have regular nosebleeds from the same nostril quite a few years ago. They were also occasionally coupled with headaches. It turned out I had an exposed blood vessel and had to have it cauterized.
If that's the case for you, you'll basically have to go to a specialist and have him insert a scorching hot metal rod up your nose. It's not as bad as it sounds, but be prepared to have the worst smell of burnt flesh inside your nose for up to a week after the procedure.

Honestly my main concern with anything serious isn't how it's fixed, but the cost of it.
I'm 20 years old and have no insurance whatsoever. God bless America-

I've had one of them before.
I was at a caravaning and camping expo. And the ceilings were to low and there were to many people.
My dad told me to calm down and then ignored me for a while.
Eventually he gave in and took me outside so I could try and breathe again.
Felt terrible.

use head & shoulders anti dandruff shampoo, massage it really well into your scalp.

I did, shampoo just seems to make it worse.

are you washing it all out? dried up shampoo can be mistaken for dandruff
I did, shampoo just seems to make it worse.
Try using a coal tar based anti-dandruff shampoo. It's worked for me.
I've got this lump on my left ''boob'', I think its weird since I am a dude and i don't think its breast cancer, any ideas?

Get it checked out. Breast cancer still applies to men, better safe than sorry.

Could be that but I usually was pretty thoroughly

If it really looks like a lump, better get it checked out. Just because you're a dude doesn't mean breast cancer can't affect you

Tea tree oil shampoo. Helped my brother when he had dandruff badly.
