If you were running around, maybe you sat down for a minute and got up too suddenly. That can screw with your blood pressure and create the effects you've described.
It's wierd because thats the only time thats ever happend to me. Now when I get up suddenly after sitting for a while the most that I notice is that my vision gets a little fuzzy for a few seconds. Nothing like that ever happens.

Maybe you were on a sugar high when you were young? That seems like something that could affect your blood pressure.
I'm having lots of vertigo and I don't know why, last night I noticed something just felt odd with my right side of my vision / hearing but everything was working right, and today I woke up and had a hard time walking in a straight line, I keep turning to the right.
help
I read that ear infections can cause this, do ear infections always have to be painful?

That does sound like an ear infection, yes. I'm not sure if that itself might be causing the pain, or something else.
Why do you think it's your sinuses?
I fear I might have an ingrown toenail, I cant see it but my big toe is swollen on one side and hurts.
Go to a doctor maybe?
If it gets bad I will, what should I look for to make sure that it's worth going to a doc?

You should go to a doctor ASAP. The more time you wait, the worse it gets.
I cut it out and cleaned up the pus then put some neosporin on it. Should get better now.

Maybe just a pulled muscle. How hard did you hit the ground?
On to my own problems, I seem to have a small amount of black skin connected to my big toe. It fell off, and it would seem there's more in the crevice between my nail and the actual toe. It would also seem there's some very sticky substance covering the black flesh.

Necrosis?
Probably not but if it is that's not something you'd want to wait on for even a second.

Seems like it. The skin was oddly yellowed beforehand.
It's not particularly big, about the size of a quarter of a thumbnail. It's not getting any bigger, though I've started to lose feeling in that part if my toe where it used to hurt like a bitch when I hit it.
If it's black and yellow and losing feeling, I'd say go to the doctor immediately.

'Kay.
Edit:
After further examination, it would seem the scab-like formation was exactly that - a scab. The black skin seems to have gone, and all that remains is a rather large blister which I can only assume will eventually be repaired. I can only imagine what the sticky substance was - heavily congealed blood? Puss?
Hemorrhoids suck.
Speaking of hemorrhoids, tonight, I took a very painful shit. Not a massive shit, just really painful, and there was some blood. Now I can't sleep because my ass hurts so much. I would describe it as a "throbbing" pain. This, at once, both somewhat hilarious and incredibly shitty, pun completely intended.

sounds like a hemorrhoid...A way to check, and a kind of awkward way to check is to bend over in front of a mirror and look at it, and see if something looks as if its poking out.
A way that might not require you to bend over and stare at yourself would be to chill out for 5 days or so, don't do any strenuous work, no exercising or stressful activities and eat a decent amount of wheat and see if it goes away. if it doesn't go check with your doctor so he can stare at your ass.
You have brain damage
take an aspirin immediately.
[editline]12th September 2011[/editline]
Oh, you're bleeding?
Stuff as many aspirin pills into the wounds as you can - aspirin is an 'anti' coagulant so it should dissolve the leak and stop the coagulation of your blood out of your respiratory system.
Remember kids
Anti-coagulants stop bleeding
Well today I cut my finger down to the bone with a hedge trimmer, lots of blood. Fuck me it didn't half hurt but the nurse was a vigerous bitch when it came to cleaning and stitches. Probably the most agonising thing ever.

When I was a kid I cut my finger to the bone playing on the car. Stupid sharp metal bit.
I got a bandage and it healed :v:
[editline]19th September 2011[/editline]
Then again at that age, to the bone isn't actually very deep, but it's still scary.
I didn't actually see the bone, but with the dept of the cut I know it was around there.

The feeling of seeing your own bone is strange as hell.
Why when I eat some of the fruit (mostly caused by apples, pineapples, pears, plums, peaches AND nuts, in my throat and inside my mouth everything fucking tickels too bad. I stopped eating apples because of this.
Same things happen to me when I eat most fruits/vegetables. Also, when I eat chicken. But chicken is worst because my food-throat kinda swells-up or something. And I can barely swallow stuff. Even water is hard swallowing. Anyone heard of this before?
