My right ankle is constantly clicking as I walk, whenever I put any weight on it, or move my foot....Everytime it clicks, there's a small jolt of pain aswell, and the rest of the time I feel no pain. Is this something to be worried about?
Most likely a trapped nerve, it should go eventually, nothing to be worried about but if you are, see a doctor.
Hey guys, so recently I've been under a lot of stress and have been getting panic attacks very often, like 3 to 5 a day for about five months now. A couple days ago I've been experiencing a little bit of pain on my chest that lasts for a couple seconds at a time. I wouldn't call it severe, but they do feel like they are increasing in pain. I am 18 years old and weigh 146 pounds (~66 kg). I currently don't have medical insurance and don't really know if I should just shrug it off or get the fuck to the doctor, so does anyone know what could be causing it?

Can you reduce the stress?
When you say panic attack, what do you experience?
Have you seen anyone about the anxiety?
[editline]28th November 2011[/editline]
Also, next time you have a panic attack, run as fast as you can for as long as you can. It's virtually physiologically identical to say, having a huge bear appear out of nowhere and swipe at you, so doing something extremely strenuous (like a regular fight/flight response) can reduce some of the symptoms.
I'll try to reduce my stress, and when I have a panic attack, my heart rate spikes, I get a little dizzy, and it feels like I can't breeze to the point where I'm gasping for air. I haven't seen anyone about it yet, and next time it happens I'm going to start doing a shitload of pushups or something, thanks for the advice.
I'll put this simple: how should I go about asking my doctor about being transgender and how I can go further with hormones and a name change? "Hey doc I'mma girl" doesn't seem like it'll work.
You generally need to find a doctor that's good for that sort of thing. Your best bet, if you're sure you're trans, is to find a doctor who practices Informed Consent.
Two things are godsends though, information wise, and helpfulness wise.
reddit.com/r/asktransgender is a brilliant place which can be quite helpful.
as well
boards.420chan.org/cd/ , 420chan's transgender board is generally somewhat helpful, for a chan board.
I would also look around specifically for a trans friendly therapist, as well as an endocrinologist who practices Informed Consent.
If none of that works out, you can self medicate. There a few good resources online about self medication.
Personally I would never advise self-medication. Even doctors fuck up sometimes, so someone with no experience at all can only fuck up worse.
Right 4 days ago I was excessively typing away and made the mistake of ignoring my backstrain and the pain that followed with it while doing so. Since then my left shoulder blade and part of my upper spine still feels numb, though today I'm experiencing slight pain on both areas whenever I move. This slightly extends to certain parts of my body on the same side of the shoulder blade including my arm, hand, leg and the lower front pelvic region, though it's only minor numbness if anything. Right now I suspect it's probably most likely a nerve entrapment and I feel I should call my doctor. Any other thoughts Facepunch?

Ok it's starting to feel really uncomfortable now. It feels like part of my upper spine is bulging out towards my left shoulder blade whenever I sometimes move my arms, head or body. It's making me feel nauseous and uneasy now. Whenever I physically use my left arm my left shoulder blade now feels like it's burning.
I already know my fix but holy fucking shit jaw cramps hurt.

In the case of HRT, self medication is often the easiest and best option. Depending on your location, finding a therapist and endocrinologist that aren't completely awful or are trans-friendly is often challenging. And self-medding is relatively safe, for what it is.
I believe I pulled a muscle in my neck. I'm unable to lean it back and to the left, but can roll it until I reach that point then it begins to hurt. At that point I feel like I physically can't move it further.
No health insurance right now, so the cheapest at home solution is preferred.

Rest and don't move it too much

I've a pain on my right side just below the rib cage in the liver/kidney area. Normally it comes and goes but its been there for nearly 2 hours now. Should I be worried?

You either have a really bad tumor or it's just one of those odd pains.
My guess is the latter.

My femur is a bit lower down than that.
Well this is the first time I've posted in here.
Soo, there's something happening to me right now ad I can't explain it. I'm shaking bad and I feel dizzy. And I'm craving sweets. I feel really odd. I told my mom and she said I'm just putting on a show.

Before I read your post I thought the bottom thing was an elongated scrotum.
the femur never breaks and believe me if that guy broke his femur he would be on the ground in pain, even if it were just a small fracture or greenstick fracture (although the latter doesn't usually occur in teens and adults)

could be low blood sugar? when was the last time you ate?
I've been having trouble with my wrists, ignoring the obvious connotations I only get pain when pushing like away from my desk on my chair or opening the car door.
It's not RSI or anything like that, they just feel. Compacted? Anybody have anything similar?
I have a weird skin problem, nothing too serious, but ungodly amounts of annoying.
Basically it's sensitive to temperature changes (particularly warming), if I go from a cold area to a warm area, or my body temp is just too high, I get a prickly itch all over my back, sides, chest, and upper arms. At first I thought it was because I was dirty, but seeing as it has happened right after showers, I doubt this. I even scrubbed my skin multiple times once, only to have it trigger because of the warm shower water and friction. For some reason being covered with a towel or blanket helps suppress it, but not clothing. There are also a couple small bumps that the itch often 'forms' around, but that might just be a coincidence.
Ironically despite apparently being triggered by rising temperature, it is most active in cold seasons such as Winter, and rarer in Summer, it has also never been triggered while I was sweating if that means anything. I've tried looking it up, and found a forum where people seemed to be discussing it, but no solutions other than going out of your way to stay cool.
Does anyone else have this or know what causes it or how to prevent it?
[editline].[/editline]
I feel like it's also worth mentioning that there are no marks or rashes with the itch, the skin looks normal.
I've got the same issue. It's either because I haven't sleep in too long, or because I've inhaled fumes for too long
I'm shaking bad and I feel dizzy.
I get that sometimes, usually in the morning or early afternoon. It's annoying but it goes away.

does it feel numb at any point, and do all the sensations match up with what you should expect (e.g. as opposed to rubbing your palm and feeling the sensation as though its coming from the back of your hand)

Nope, aside from the itching, everything feels normal.
could be low blood sugar? when was the last time you ate?
I ate some mcdonalds fries a couple hours before that. I feel better now, it's just that it has been happening several times weekly. First, I get some weird feeling of sadness. Then my body starts shaking. I think it might be low blood sugar because I asked a nurse about it today and she said something about low sugar.
I accidentally swallowed a nickel earlier. :v:
Got it up eventually.
Don't ask.
