So I'm getting a strange pain in the back of my throat when I swallow. It doesn't feel like a nerve kind of thing, and more like something pointy and jagged like a piece of hardened skin is stabbing me there. It sort of goes away after I eat something, but once I swallow a couple of times it comes right back. If I keep my tongue totally still then it seems to stop.
My mum says it might be an ulcer in an unfortunate place.
Do you often swallow scalpels?

I'm not allowed to take alcohol with my melatonin, so no.
Soo I just found out that my girlfriend may have strep throat, which obviously isn't very good news for me. I've never had it before but for the past 2 days, my throat has been hurting slightly (so has my stomach)
She's going to the doctor tomorrow to test for it (she's had it many times before)
[img_thumb]http://db.tt/OtnNwmSW[/img_thumb]
(There are a few white dots on the sides of the mouth, and a few more in the back that you can't really see)
Do the white dots look like it or am I just being paranoid? I've never really checked so I'm not sure if they were there previously

i had strep so much as a kid my tonsils got taken out. it doesn't look like strep to me, but sometimes it just won't show symptoms other then a sore throat
I have problems taking a piss.. seriously I'll be standing for like 5 minutes trying to piss sometimes. It's easier if I sit down but that doesn't help all the time. Even If i have to take a piss really bad i will be unable to unless I completely relax myself. What the fuck is wrong with me
This has been going on for months.... I haven't told anybody.

That happens to me too sometimes
especially if it's a public bathroom and someone else is in there..
which is weird because I'm not self conscious.. I walk around in front of my friends naked all the time and don't care
I usually have problems taking a piss after masturbating :v:
My eyelids keep getting stuck at night, what do i do

Super glue them open or amputate.
On my right foot, on the right side of my toenail, that space between my big toenail and the skin on the right hurts all the time and is very sensitive.
Upon closer inspection I found that I have this overly hard skin that's like the bastard child of the nail and the skin and it's stabbing into my toe.
I've had that for a while but it hasn't started hurting until a few months ago and won't go away.
What do I do O' esteemed Dr.Facepunch?
Ingrown toenail, infected, see doctor. The reason ripping it out did not fix it is because the side that is damaged was not properly treated by having it disinfected and then having the cells cauterized with phenol.
Super glue them open or amputate.
Or you could keep them open with a staple gun
So i'm worried i have lactose intolerance. Over the past couple of weeks or so whenever i've had milk products a few hours later i've had the insatiable, diarrhea-like urge to defecate. It's not liquid diarrhea, It's solid, But i still get cramps and other symptoms.
For example, At about 4pm earlier i had some cereal and drank the milk from it, And now at 8pm i have the insatiable urge to take a shit. Is it just an unnatural digestive cycle i've somehow picked up on, or is it lactose intolerance?
So FP, what doest thy think?

Try avoiding milk products to see if that resolves it. Do it for a significant period of time so you don't get a "coincidence" like you don't drink milk for one day and feel better (but you also didn't eat bread) and you automatically assume lactose intolerance when it might of been gluten intolerance.
Go without dairy for a while and if that resolves your issues, it's likely lactose-intolerance and you should go to a clinic to get tested for it.
My fucking THROAT, it feels like there's mucus or something in my throat and it FUCKING HURTS LIKE FUCK. If it helps, I've never had Tonsilitis before.
I haven't had a good night's sleep in 2 weeks. I keep waking up roughly every 3 hours, which unfortunately for me is once a night, because I can't stay asleep for more than 5 hours at a time. A couple hours after I wake up, I start to get tired again, but I can't go back to sleep no-matter how hard I try to. I don't know what to do, does anyone have an idea?

Could be stress or anxiety, both can ruin your sleep.
My tongue is swelling and its getting progressively harder to speak because of this.
Quick google and friends says allergic reaction to something I ate. Only thing different from when this started is my toothpaste, but at this point I just want it gone. Its making it harder to do my job.

Here's a strategy for you; try sleeping on the couch, or at a friend's, for even one night. Changing your sleep environment can sometimes resolve issues such as yours.

One thing I tried was instead of sleeping at night, sleep whenever I'm tired. I did miss most of my day, and it seemed to work for a little, but earlier I found myself unable to sleep at all until the afternoon, at which I again slept away my whole day.
I've been having additional problems like muscle pains, headaches, stomach aches, and runny nose. A friend suggested I might have the flu. Normally I don't get sick, ever, so I really don't know how the flu is supposed to feel. I'm wondering if this sounds accurate?

Some form of pink eye or eye infection.
Whenever i walk up and or down the stairs, I get a mild pain in my sternum and my heartrate spikes.
I don't know if it's lack of exercise or what, It fades after about a minute of resting. But it's still concerning. Any thoughts FP?

Enlarged prostate or prostate cancer maybe? All I could think of. Like everyone else in this thread should do, go see a doctor.

Neither. I'm at an acceptable weight for my height.

History of anxiety or depression?
Are you active in your day?
Do you have heart palpitations without exercise?
Have you noticed an excessive or uncommon amount of joint popping and or muscle spasms?
Are you a smoker?
Do you drink alcoholic beverages regularly, specifically beer?
I've been getting a pain at the right above the last molar on the right side of my upper jaw every time a swallow. Its been there for the last few days and every day its getting harder to eat with it. I'll be going to the dentist in 2 weeks, is there anything I can do for it between now and then?

No.
Yes, Most of the time.
I have encountered heart palpitations on a couple of occasions where i have literally woken up and sprinted downstairs, but other than that no.
No.
I've smoked tobacco once and hated it.
No, The last time i had alcohol was christmas day.
i don't think you're getting a palpitation when you run downstairs, it's just a sudden raise of your heartbeat because of the exercise
