It's probably nothing, you shouldn't worry about it unless it's painful.
It can be one of a long list of things. Go see a dermatologist.
It's probably nothing, you shouldn't worry about it unless it's painful.
It's just starting to get annoying.
Ain't going for anything less than something that would kill me.
There are about a 1000 issues that a 'bump on your foot' can cover. So I think you're good if it doesn't bother you. But a quick trip to a dermatologist can get it removed. [editline]30th April 2012[/editline]
It's just starting to get annoying.
Take a vasodilator like aspirin, see if that helps. If not, call your doctor.
So, her appointment today got canceled. She's apparently got one tomorrow, but that's one more day she's gotta wait now. One more day she's putting up with all this shit.
Well we kinda have to see our psychiatrist too because of all of the prescriptions I've been on. Can't do much without him AND the doctors.
That's apparently the reason I couldn't even take her to the ER today. Any idea what this is most likely, and how serious it is? It's killing me that she keeps having to suffer through it because I'm so afraid things are going to get worse.
I'll PM you so I can get a better handle on this and try to figure it out.
Hey I drank 3 year old syrup by accident. Will I be okay?
Hey I drank 3 year old syrup by accident. Will I be okay?
Why would you even keep things like that in your house. [editline]a[/editline] Also, no. You're going to develop throat cancer and die.
Why would you even keep things like that in your house.
it was in my science room at school. [editline]30th April 2012[/editline]
Also, no. You're going to develop throat cancer and die.
Fuck.
this happens to me a lot also, I was diagnosed with orthostatic hypotension, basically when you have this, and you get up, sit down, or stretch (more often stretching, for me) you get dizzy, throbbing pains, and sometimes you can black out. this is due to your blood dropping from some of your extremities and the body not knowing how to deal with it. I would go to your doctor, usually its not really anything serious but I would go anyway. try drinking a lot of water every day to keep hydrated, that helps a bit. if that doesn't help then definitely go to your doctor
Does it cause brain damage over time? I've been having serious thought process problems, like i would try to say "Box" and i'd mix up the word and say "Bowl" or "Sink" with "Sick". Gets pretty annoying, and on occasions, i would get double vision for a few seconds when reading or very focused on something. Oh, it also doesn't help that i have really bad memory, which i never had problems with until this blackout problem started.
Guys, so last Thursday I fell twice in a row during a track meet, and my legs and ass cheeks got scratched pretty badly. I had to last about a couple hours or so without any first-aid, and as soon as I got home, I applied antibiotics and bandaged myself. Now, a few days later, every time I take a shower I see some white stuff coming out of one of my scratches. I'm not sure if it's pus or antibiotic cream washing off, I'll take pics soon. I did fall on sand, by the way.
Hey I drank 3 year old syrup by accident. Will I be okay?
Yes. [editline]1st May 2012[/editline] Most medicine doesn't become fowl, it just becomes useless.
clean it with alcohol
I can feel the pain from here.
Eugh, I hate my tonsils.. I don't get sick often, but I get a sore throat all the effing time and my tonsils inflate to a couple of golf-balls. Wonder if I should get them removed.
It's an infection, don't worry, just clean it and apply Antibiotics and change the bandages every day.
Will do. Thanks!

I don't believe so, I mean sometimes I'll mess up the pronunciation of words but not mix up actuall words. My opinion is you should go to the doctor, you can never be to safe
I got tunnel vision for like an hour and felt kinda nauceous(???) a few days ago is that bad
I'm not an EMT or anything like that, but if you're suffering from distorted visuals and nausea, it's worth seeing a doctor. In my rough, general opinion, anything that affects your general perception is something worth getting looked at.
I got tunnel vision for like an hour and felt kinda nauceous(???) a few days ago is that bad
Well it's not good. If it happens again, you'll need to contact your doctor because there may be some neurological issues. Things like that don't happen for no reason.
Is there something wrong with me? I've been eating like next to nothing lately. I only had a small sandwich yesterday which is very unusual for a man of my size. I feel fine though.

I always get quite a bit of colds throughout the year and it gets irritating, so I was wondering how can I strengthen my immune system?

My opinion is you should go to the doctor, you can never be to safe
I had another episode today with lightheadedness, i leaned back in my chair to stretch and yawn and temporarily went blind, heard a buzzing noise and finally passed out. I woke up on the floor, feeling like i was gonna die and then it hit me, a full blown thunderclap headache, i was in fucking agony for 5 minutes then it went away. I was weak and nauseous for the next 3 hours. I spoke to my mother(a nurse, recently got fired, fucking hospital trying to cut costs), and she said that as soon as we get Health Insurance, she'll get me a doctor's visit and i'll see if i can get an MRI.
Ive noticed that like the inside of my mouth (the gums) where the lower left molars are is like inflated (like, not on the side where the tongue is) and its definitely not like that on the other side, it feels really weird and annoying. Its been like this for a few days now and i think it happened before but i cant remember if it went away or i just stopped noticing it. Should I go see a dentist or what? Is there something I can take to relieve the inflammation?

Is there something I can take to relieve the inflammation?
Are you brushing your teeth twice a day and flossing? It can either be some kind of gum-inflammation because of bacterias, or maybe it's your wisdom teeth starting to move about. Try to brush regularly, and if it doesn't go down, go to the dentist. In other news, bought menthol nose-spray without knowing it. I got the scare of my life when I tried it the first time, and I still can't used to the horrific burning sensation. Although I think the insides of my nose smell pretty fresh now.
I always get quite a bit of colds throughout the year and it gets irritating, so I was wondering how can I strengthen my immune system?
There are way, way too many publications on boosting your immune system. But I'll trust Harvard more, so take a look at this http://www.health.harvard.edu/flu-resource-center/how-to-boost-your-immune-system.htm
